Del Mare Park

The location was great, we were almost in the heart of the city and yet still far away so that the noise didnt really bother us. The staff was very friendly and enjoyed our stay. I could say that it was winter and it was very cold but we will be coming back in the summer.

Breakfast was advertised as included, but wasn't. Rooms have a separate sitting area and are fitted out nicely, but sparsely. For example the sitting area has a single light fitting on the ceiling and no other lights. In the bedroom were pillows and a duvet without covers, and bedside lamps without shades or bulbs. Bathroom not clean and shower head faulty. The best feature was two effective aircon/heating units, much needed in February.

Where do I start ! This property is not ready to open yet . We arrived and unfortunately I paid with my card before checking out the room . 267 euros double room no breakfast ! As we enter the room you walk into a huge kitchenette ( well at least this is how booking .com described it ) infact is was lots of huge wooden cupboards every single one was empty . Only a fridge , kettle , 2 cups and 2 odd glasses . Bizarre ! On to the sitting room , huge balcony doors , open them up , there is no outside area , a two foot drop down and a man hole . October is hot , you sit outside , not in our room obviously . As we head up the stairs , there are wires sticking out of the walls in a few places . As I enter the toilet , the handle of the door is on the floor, the toilet holder off the wall and placed next to the sink , the mirror filthy and top of tiled unit covered in dust . The bedroom had lampshades and bulbs missing , the lampshades on the dressing table . By now I am fuming , it felt like they were not ready to open and I was just given an unfinished dirty room . Outside our room was plywood up as they were still building . I had seen enough , on my way back to reception we had an uneasy feeling , the apartment next door loud music and a gang inside , the veranda opposite , the men came out looking at us closing the balcony doors . There was no safe and we felt uneasy . I told the reception we were checking out , we went back to the room where he came to look at all the faults and assured me he would refund my money in three working days . This has never been refunded , nor have *********** refunded me . Both I have emailed with pictures and I have been ignored . So avoid this hotel , I also will not use *********** again , as there is no after care service , only a 53 euro voucher in my wallet to spend with *********** on my next booking ( I will not be using their crap service again ) . Very disappointing.

Unfortunately I had a bad nightmare there with my family a week ago There is no security at all you can manage yourself after 5 pm The place is 10 minutes far from the central so you will find nigerians friends and relatives with Mary the reception girl so you can imagine the situation( with my respect to all people)they r opening the music talking loudly laughing and moving freely in all places with a lot more noises and the one who serves and clean brahim the turkey man, makes your own breakfast In room who they put dirty sheets ,Garbage ,store staff etc.. I made a full complaint after i pass one day but You felt like you must calling the police instead or you have to leave immediately and that what was happened It is minus star 👎

Сантехника в ужасном состоянии. В душевую кабину вообще страшно заходить. Из потолка и стен торчат оголенные провода. Кровати стоят на опоре из кирпичей. Туалетных принадлежностей нет, только мыло и шампунь в дозаторе. На кухне был только чайник. Ни воды, ни чая, ни чашек. Всё это нужно было ходить и выпрашивать на ресепшн. Вешалок в шкафах тоже не оказалось, как и чего либо в спальне, на что можно повесить одежду. Сушить бельё тоже не на чём. Кондиционеры есть во всех комнатах, но пульт к ним только один, что очень неудобно. Телевизор был только в гостинной. В городе постоянно выключают электричество, но у отеля нет своего генератора. В отеле никто заранее не предупредил, что вы будете сидеть в абсолютной темноте целый час ежедневно, поскольку фонариков и свечей у них тоже нет. Кофемашина отсутствует, утюг отсутствует. Есть минибар. За 2 банки пива и одну pepsi пришлось заплатить 13€. Так же на нашей веранде стояла кормушка для котят. И они постоянно заходили в номер. Оставить открытыми двери на веранду из-за этого просто невозможно. Отель расположен примерно в полутора километрах от исторического центра. Пешком идти минут 40.
