We have been staying at the Ramada hotel and found the staff and hotel to be professional, welcoming and provided outstanding customer service. The cleanness, service, restaurant dining experience, hotel Cafe, Reception service, hotel security and front door service has been no less than 10/10! The La Zafferano Restaurant serves amazing cuisines from traditional Indian, indo Chinese, Thai and English food. We have been eating our breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday and enjoyed all the different variety of food choices on the menu. The restaurant team members and chefs work very well together, the service and food is very well received, prepared and tasty. We have cleaned the plates every time we have ate there and found it is very valuable for money. Thank you for your professionalism and being so flexible and understanding. As vegetarians, we had endless options! A big thank you to Dinesh, Kewel, Durvesh, Karanveer, Kulveer, chef and kitchen staff, who have made our stay very memorable. We would highly recommended everyone to visit and stay at the hotel. We also thoroughly enjoyed visiting the ‘Mugs with Hugs Cafe’ where Aman, Atul, Ramtaj, Shanu looked after us with our daily dose of the best Masala Tea and coffee. The veggie sandwiches and pizzas were excellent and the team always served us with a lovely homely greeting and smile. The hot and cold food choice were excellent as well as the very comfortable dining area. The music choice was 10/10 and the ambience was great. The security team and front staff at the hotel are extremely diligent, very welcoming and professional at their work - great service 10/10. Special thanks to Harpreet Singh, Ranjot Singh, Mohammed Karim and Paramjit Singh. Overall, it’s evident that all of the staff at the Ramada have completed high end training to understand their customers needs. They are very diligent and positive, and they truly complete this wonderful hotel and make it feel like home. It’s been a pleasure to be staying at the Ramada in Kapurthala and we will definitely be retuning customers!

The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, location was excellent, breakfast was Excellent The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

Ramada by Wyndham kpt liked everything about it, La zafferano restaurant food quality and service was excellent, breakfast has lot's of verity, room was very cleanses house keeping staff is very helpful, swimming pool, staff were amazing, very friendly, respectful and very helpful.

We went . Ramada by Wyndham Kapurthala for stay. This is the best property in Punjab, we fully enjoyed with family, breakfast buffet is so long and multiple options Food was delicious and tasty. And I love bangoli food and enjoyed to much . Staff is very helpful and his service was excellent.
