I had a wonderful stay at Tai Urban Resort! Upon check-in, the service was exceptional—I was greeted warmly, and later in my stay, the staff even helped me cut my fruit since I didn’t have a knife. Talk about top-tier service!
The room was incredibly large and spacious, and I especially loved the unique bathtub in the middle of the room—a first for me! It created a perfect space to relax and unwind. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to get around.
While I didn’t use the gym, the pool was the highlight of the hotel. Even though it was winter and I didn’t go for a swim, simply sitting by the pool brought a sense of calmness and tranquility.
I was initially torn between staying here or at the Intercontinental Hotel, but I’m so glad I chose Tai Urban Resort. Just a note: late check-out was quite difficult to get, so keep that in mind when planning your stay.
Highly recommend, and I’d love to stay here again!

I came here for the
Sanrio themed rooms. The lady at VIP check-in was ready to transport my kid into the word of hello Kitty with different trivia and gifts. The building might be a bit dated, but everything is clean and top notch.  great for family and business travel

Great experience!! I checked in at 17:00 and checked out at 11:00. Stayed in the hotel all the time. Room and sauna are nice!! Enjoy the time in Nikko Club Lounge for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely come back next time.

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

The view at the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung faces the front of the hotel with trees and the water fountain. The view at the Grand Hotel Taipei was the parking lot. The subway is a bit far from the hotel. The room was quite big and the price was fine. Also, the room was clean and tidy.
