BBearyHKFirst time visiting kaohsiung and decided to book this hotel upon seeing many good reviews. The location is very near to one of the train station. The staff were all friendly. Sandra was very nice to offer us two pieces of facial mask as we were stucked at the carpark while trying to exit. Very nice gesture. Just that need to take note that the check in time is at 4pm. However they will allow you to wait at there lounge at level 16 with free drinks and small snacks. Do remember to bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste as the hotel do not provide all this. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provide free minibar. Will consider this hotel if I am back to Kaohsiung again

KKimMy experience at the hotel was truly delightful. The service surpassed my expectations; the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The facilities were not only well-maintained but also offered a range of amenities that contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
This hotel has consistently been my favorite due to its exceptional service, well-equipped facilities, and delectable dining options. It continues to be my preferred choice whenever I am in need of a memorable and pleasant stay in Kaohsiung.

The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either.
They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing.
As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same.
Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it.
Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too.
The place feels comfortable and private.
Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water.
Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is simple and located on the 11th floor of a building that is shared with 5 other ”hotels” on other floors, but I loved the beautifully immaculate and modern rooms. For its price (~$60/nt), the room (I sprang for the Exquisite room) is spacious, well-designed with plenty of natural lighting from a corner unit facing the funky, cool shaped Kaohsiung Port Cruise Terminal and I LOVE the restroom with a washlet!! and stone shower tiles, equipped with a 55” Google TV and preloaded movies / casting capabilities and general TV that made for great entertainment. The location is stellar (only a 3 mins walk from the R8 station ~ take exit 1... don't listen to Google Maps' instruction 😅) and it is hard to go wrong with the included hot breakfast + 24h snax in the lobby with the wonderful service from the entire staff as a cherry on top. It made working from this hotel for the past five days so delightful.

UUsuario invitadoIt took us 5 minutes from MTR station to the hotel. The room is large enough for us to open 2 large luggages at the same time. For me, there had many different TV channels to watch. As having a balcony, the view is very good. The breakfast provided is not bad as there are different types of food including local and western types. Moreover, the coffee is free for the whole day. The staff is nice and helpful.

IIrenena FrancesThis hotel is accessible to everywhere. There is also a 7-11 convenience store near the hotel. The breakfast spread is not a lot like other hotels but enough to fill our stomach. Staffs at the hotel are very polite and helpful too. The toilet seat comes with heater which is necessary during cold weather and it is separated from the shower area with a glass panel.

JJoe Nathanael ChowWe had a great stay at CU Hotel Kaohsiung! Knowing it’s a ”self-service” hotel, we set our expectations accordingly, especially given the very affordable price.
The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Kaohsiung Main Station, making it super convenient for travelers. Check-in is self-service, and while I encountered some trouble with the touchscreen, a staff member was readily available via the phone and guided me through the process smoothly. Great service!
The room was exceptionally spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Even without windows, it didn’t feel dark or claustrophobic. The bathroom was a good size and even had a bathtub. Everything was very clean, and having a water dispenser on every floor was a nice touch.
For this price point, it’s definitely a great value. I’d gladly stay here again!

KKhian GuanEl hotel está muy ocupado, probablemente debido a su ubicación en el Pier 2, una zona popular con turistas. El hotel ofrece un servicio de lavandería para el TWD100, que es conveniente.
En el lado de abajo, había algunas cuestiones con el cuarto. El baño tenía un olor desagradable y era muy moldeado, lo que hizo que la experiencia general fuera menos agradable.
