Hotel Jaas

Great stay with helpful staff we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The only minor inconvenience was that we had to request to turn on the water heater. Other than that, everything was well-managed. Would consider staying here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Jaas in Kanyakumari, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel did not match the expectations set by the pictures . The bed was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the washroom was unclean and poorly maintained, adding to the discomfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic stay. The management seriously needs to address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were about small like not very spacious. Washrooms were clean, hot water service was provided as an when required the hotel is situated in a great spot, walking distance to sea, restaurants and shops

The stay was comfortable with basic amenities provided. At the price range and location it was a good deal. The staff was courteous. However the hotel could have provided basic bathroom amenities ie shampoo though soap was given and an electric kettle though when asked for hot water they ensured they will hot and give it to us in kettle

Hotel staff are good helpful. Rooms are good in conditions plus ac working excellent

Staff is friendly, bath room is not good, parking problem, bath room fittings are very old, bed is not comfortable
