The Pristine Hotel

Visited this hotel for my daughter's convocation call wasn't picked while booking room so my daughter make booking online while reaching there explain things to person at reception he said He's front office manager and previous employee just left without giving proper handover and he got a new team and he's trying to manage it. Want hotel manager to give subir proper handover first He even handed over his visiting card to us It's rubbish explanation of bad service ever someone can give wish not to see this hotel ever again service of hotel is getting poor from earlier visit ordering food and getting it to you can cost more than and hour

Kajal and Manish, Sumit Kumar, Sourav the house keeping team are very polite and kindly & the room are very clean. The way they clean the room is very fast

The housekeeping staff Manish and Kajal were very good and provided excellent service. Our experience was very good and will definitely visit again

I have been staying at the Pristine Hotel in Kanpur since it opened. However, during my most recent one-night stay, I had a terrible experience. I forgot my trimmer in the room, and when I inquired about it, the unprofessional staff claimed they had not found anything. To my surprise, they started blaming me, suggesting that I may have lost the trimmer elsewhere. I advise potential guests to stay at their own risk, as the security and housekeeping staff seem to be untrustworthy. Please be cautious. I called them many times but no positive sign from their end.
