The place is great, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a bit of a walk but nothing serious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was some trash outside my door that was taken away only a day after i arrived.
Overall great experience!

바다뷰가 좋아요 직원분이 친절하고, 트립에서 예약하면 저렴해요 청결도는 논ac룸은 보통이에요 수영할 수 있는 해변은 5분 정도 더 가야 하는데 이 리조트는 절벽 위에 있어요 밤에 파도서리를 들으며 잠을 청할 수 있어서 대만족입니다!!!

Good property with terrible service…the property is located with the beach view and is awesome… the service is very poor No restaurant services… the only objective is to make quick money… they charge extra for even a blanket… very very disappointed with the service… some of the rooms are terrible with basic service such as AC NOT working…

Great experience, we'll behaved staff. Location is serene and secluded. Rooms are well maintained with easy access to beach.

View point is excellent, can place display boards for directions and at the entrance to make it easy for people to reach. It can be much cleaner and maintened in a better way.

It's not safe for kids and the host is not responsive at all. I had booked for 2 days checked out in a day and asked for partial cancellation but yet to the refund

I was searching for a stay at kannur and i found this place in makemytrip app. Since we were reaching the place very late and checking out early, i was looking for a decent stay. The staff was good and very helpful. There is no inhouse restaurant but you can order from food apps and they deliver. They do provide plates and cutlery. This situation is a bit messy, but this is the best that can be done. The rooms we took were small, as i didn't want to overspend on a few hours stay at kanbay. The view is excellent, it is on a cliff overlooking the sea. There is a gate that opens to the beach but is temporarily closed due to monsoon and the ocean has not receded. No hot water nor wifi, but they did mention it in advance and i was ok with it. The rooms that we had were great views but old and required maintenance. It was hard to close doors, locks were rusted and the room. Being non ac we had to open the windows as there is no other ventilation. Once the windows were open, it was a really pleasant atmosphere and we had a great time sleeping listening to the ocean. The newer ac rooms are more spacious and good. I would go back to kanbay to stay in the ac rooms in the newer block and if they have a restaurant and provide food. If the above has been done, i think it could be a good stay option near the beach. Plus we witnessed a beautiful sunset.
