Serene Suites

Our stay at Serene Suites was very comfortable. Spacious airy room. Awesome view of the mountains from the balcony and gushing sound of the river flowing, serene surroundings. Entire staff was very helpful and took care of all r needs. Food is homecooked taste. Special thanks to the warm couple running the Hotel.

Booked hotel for 4 nights, Very disappointing experience, the room given was not clean at all. There was dust on the shelfs, wardrobe and in the bathroom. The pillowcase had stains. There were workmen outside the balcony, making a lot of noise. Was informed just to keep the patio doors closed! The electricity switched off in the evening for few minutes. The tea bags were not enclosed in paper, just open tea bags. Only stayed one night as not impressed at all.

A wonderful place to stay with family . we chose the suite as we had kids . The hosts took good care of our needs and the room was clean and well kept. The food was tasty . You can hear the sound of flowing river which calms the mind. A wonderful place to sit in the balcony and watch the sun rise. The staff were very courteous and supportive . Relished the aalo paratha for breakfast and Thupka during snack. You can rest, read books, play tennis, the younger kids can play with toys. It was a perfect place to stay and relax around natural beauty.

We were in Dharamshala for our annual fly vacation n stayed at the Serene Suites,a quaint Riverside place,40 mins drive from Dharamshala airport. The hotel is neat n clean,the rooms are spacious,well maintained,bathrooms are clean n well maintained,linen provided well,the breakfast is good,daily hot paranthas,eggs to order,tea coffee,toast,butter,jam etc at breakfast,served by cheerful staff. The personal supervision by Mgr Pyarelalji,who is v.kind,v.hospitable,n takes special care of senior citizens is worth a mention. He escorted me,personally one evening,with the help of another staff,to the river bed,as i was desirous of going but CLD not make it on my own!!!I could enjoyed the evening with my family sitting on the rocks,thanks to the kind gesture of these young staff members of Serene Suites to whom I am v.grateful. The owner who stays on the top floor of the bldg also visited the dining hall daily,at dinner time n at breakfast to ensure we wer well taken care of. The dining hall which is called the Riverside Cafe looks out on the river n also has a mountain view. A nice picturesque place. I wld recommend this hotel to a family,specially for the warm hearted hospitality of the staff.

The property is very beautifully located! Room has a lovely view giving you the sights of dhauladhar range and streaming water! Great food & Hospitality! A well located place to explore dharamshala and surrounding places....
