Room size was ok. No toiletories Breakfast, dining room had strong smell Breakfast very poor Upholetory was stained Waiters wer polite but absolutely untrained There was no bellboy for luggage In the heart of Bangalore i can get a 5 Star hotel wiht excellent services. Paying Rs 11K in a remote area for this kid of service was very disappointing

Coming back to this hotel after 2 yrs and the experience was horrible. First we were given 2 rooms on 4th floor and then we soon found out there's massive renovation work happening right above our rooms in 5 floor with loud banging noise. Next day they shifted us to 2nd floor rooms that was even bad, the AC stopped working thrice, the electrical points were not working, the health faucet was not working properly and what not. Then we go to the restaurant where only 3 tables were occupied but they took more than 45 minutes to serve.... Food taste is also very average. Looks like the management is very poor at this hotel. Would advise everyone to avoid this place and look for better alternative.

Nice hotel. Quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was satisfactory, not great. The room was neat and spacious. The room rate seems high for the facilities provided. The location is convenient, right on the highway. Not very close to the temple.

Stayed at MM Legacy, Kanchipuram for 2N/3D in October, 2024. We were travelling as a family of 3 Adults and had booked the Luxury Suite which has 2 King Size beds. Overall stay was very pleasant owing to clean, spacious rooms, in-room amenities, well-stocked toiletries in bathroom, courteous staff, apt cleanliness, good breakfast spread and ample parking space. Gave 4 stars since staff coordination, communication and knowledge needs a bit of improvement, considering they cater to a cosmopolitan crowd. Barring these , everything else is perfect.

Staffs were friendly and welcoming. But the room cleanliness was bad. I had to call back to request to change the entire bedsheets as it was very dusty and got me coughing. The sheet was terribly stained. The bathroom was horrible. Please advise to clean up. But once told the staff changed it perfectly in front of me. That’s appreciable. Overall for 1 night is ok. If they can look into the cleanliness it would be better.

Dear MM Legacy Management, I'm writing to bring to your attention a serious safety concern in the two-wheeler parking area. The tiles are extremely slippery, and I've witnessed many people, including myself, fall and injure themselves while parking. Yesterday, I suffered a hand injury due to the slippery tiles, and even the watchmen on duty didn't seem to care. I kindly request you to replace the tiles with anti-skid or rough-textured ones to prevent further accidents. It's essential to ensure the safety of everyone using the parking facility. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Feel free to modify it as needed, and I hope the management takes prompt action to address this issue!

All staff Front Desk bell boy housekeeping restaurant are very professional Feel like Five Star Hotel. 👍 Breakfast was amazing Room are very nice All Room amenities are their like sef locker tea coffee maker water bottles bathroom amenities tooth brush shop shampoo etc

Excellent Property and Good Service..One of the standout features of Hotel is its impressive swimming pool. The pool area is well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing environment. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip after a day of exploring or simply lounge by the poolside, the area provided the perfect retreat.

Very luxurious hotel, staffs were very polite, breakfast, lunch and dinner was exordinary.. Paneer Tikka was delicious , very hygiene. Front office staffs guided us from the day one until we checked out. Swimming pool on the terrace was nice
