Kids swimming pool area not working, that is the main facility to visit comparing with other resorts, we spent two days for that. But management said (just two hours sir. Just one day sir, next day it will be ready sir) but that facility was not ready when we were checking out. But 11. 45 am they called us to remind that we have to check out at 12pm but no info about swimming pool. After we checked out and brought all our luggages to reception they said swimming pool was ready. My kids very very upset and disappointed and literally started crying.

rooms are neat and clean... resort is safe and best place for couples and families... food is also good and 😋 tasty... staff are nice so kind and friendly... i have one small suggestion change the check in time because after noon 2 pm is too long, if the customer reach the resort before please allow them and arrange the room asap... overall it's good and nice...😊😊😊👍👍👍

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE It is unfortunate that I have to write this review for Green Cocunut,..well situated in the ECR, closer to my daughter wedding venue Dakshin Chitra, and it so happened it just turneda NIGHTMARE for me. We almost booked the entire property for the wedding weekend and it turned sore and disgusting experience. 1. LIFT WAS NOT WORKING- we booked 24 deluxe rooms for elders in family and relatives and they were forced to climb with luggage to upper floors. Despite the manager Charles telling it will be rectified, nothing happened till the guests left. False promises only added fuel to the fire 2. FLUSH Not working in few rooms. Nightmare for guests to realize that flush is not working after the bathroom usage. They had to carry water from Washbain for toilet usage which turned horrible 3. AC Not working - 2 rooms had AC issues and it was not fixed despite repeated requests 4. HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE. We paid more that 5k per night for all rooms and the solar water heater went for a toss and my guests ended up in cold water on the wedding day. It was super bad experence 5. BUGS found in Bed: Atleast 3 rooms reported bugs in the bed which could have turned a mess had the guests suffered any bites 6. BIG NO NO Issue- One of our elderly guests requested for an additional bed and they simply went and put the same using the duplicate key as my guests were at the reception. Tresspassing into the hotel room in absence of guests is a sure NO NO. The guests had silk sarees, jewels and bags in the room and they were shocked to note that someone entered when they were away and had something gone missing, it would have been a mess. They dont even know who went and the security is a big issue I made a mistake of booking this place for one of the best events of our lives and I regret. In case you are looking for this place, please be aware and dont end up paying so much for a place that is not worthy. Greenary, the ambience, and location is great,..but service is the worst. I regret writing this even for it just made me so anxious during the wedding taking care of the guests. NOT WORTH the Money I paid!!!!

La habitación con vistas a la piscina y la playa, es muy limpia. La primera comida que tuvimos no fue una buena experiencia, pero se manejó bien y la cocina preparaba una cena bonita la noche siguiente y el camarero fue muy atento. Localización y configuración no puede ser defectuoso. Fue muy relajado y la playa fue desertada! Volverá para más tiempo la próxima vez y explorar las áreas circundantes.

Hotel Review: A Great Stay with a Few Suggestions for Improvement We recently stayed at the hotel with a group of friends and had a wonderful time overall. The hospitality of the staff stood out—they were attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beachside restaurant was a highlight of our trip. Dining with a view of the waves was truly relaxing, and the food quality in The melting point was excellent, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We would like to give special thanks Ramesh and Lakshmi for being a great host in the restaurants. The night live music was great too. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The showers we felt a bit cramped and would benefit from more space and the inclusion of overhead showers for added convenience. Additionally, the lighting controls in the rooms were quite complicated, and simplifying them would make the experience smoother for guests. Overall, it was a great stay, and we hope to see these enhancements on our next visit to make it even better!
