Today I have been participate my relations homecoming reception at seagate hotel kalutara need to mention following F&B service was very unprofessional no supervision at all befor the service they have removed all b&b plates There was no chef in charge to see tha buffet Food was very horrible even it was sri lanka buffet food quality sero I don't mind no of items but it was very tasteless mean it was watery food There was no value for money You have to think about your customer I have recommended to think customers to before they choose seagate twice threwise. You have to recruit good sri lanka cooks and see what they cook now a days people know quality and tast you can not cheat them I am 30years experience hotelier in 5 star most of them dont know the hotel system and ther service don't take it as advantage to sell your products

We stayed 5 nights at the Seagate Hotel and it was a very nice experience. The building and rooms (with working A/C) are clean, some things are a little bit old, but that's no big problem. The beach is beautifull and very empty so you can relax. There is also a big pool but we only stayed at the beach. You can choose what breakfast you want and the food is good. The best thing? The stuff! Everyone is super nice and friendly, also the manageris very engaged. When we had to visit a doctor because of toothache and one of the hotel stuff even came with us to the hospital and pharmacy to help us. Overall we had a very nice stay there, it is not a luxury resort, but for the price we for sure can recommend it. Thank you!

We had our honeymoon at seagate hotel and it's a calm & beautiful place couples like us. Further, it has very friendly staff and we had different verities of food and beverages. I have visit with my family very nice place & very frindly staff. foods are differant catagory avalble & very good. Sea side, swiming pool, Overoll its a very good place to visit. We have celebrate my wife birthday, hotel front office staff help us to celebrate the birthday. Thank you verymuch for all the support. We would like to visit again.
