Pasiphae Hotel

What a wonderfully relaxing week we had at Pasiphae Hotel. We had a swim up room which we barely left. Bedroom, bathroom and furnishings all very well done. Kept spotless by the great housekeeping staff. Breakfast was a good standard as well. Only ate lunch a couple of days but it was very good.....loved the chips. Had a great time at BBQ night well worth it. We will hopefully return one day. Thank you

If you want a fancy boutique hotel then this is not the place for you. However, if you want a really wonderful place to stay, then you have cone to the right place. Always friendly and always helpful. No matter who you spoke to, from the cleaner to the main man, Bill himself. I've fallen in love with this little island. and the welcoming people It's literally a 10 minute walk from the Square, so if you want a bitmire entertainment, its there. But this place is wonderfully quite and OMG so clean. We had a cleaner do the room every day. The place was spotless. We were lucky enough to have booked one of the swim up pool rooms. Really bright and airy. The shower was just brilliant. The beds were comfortable too. We made use of the fridge which was in theroom too. Lunches were really nice. Really good value for money. Whilst we did go B&B, we never got our bums out if bed early enough to try the breakfast. We were totally relaxed and soon eased into the Greek pace of life. If you stay you really need to do the BBQ - If you go hungry it would be your own fault because there was more than enough food. Was really tasty too. I cannot praise this place enough and we will definitely be back next year. Thank you Bill and the team for and amazing week

Lovely clean hotel set in mature gardens, the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard . the staff are oh so friendly , there are a lot of steps though so if you have mobility issues choose one of the ground floor swim up rooms . Bill the owner could not apologise enough when he saw that I had a walking stick and had been allocated one of the first floor rooms , he would have moved us but there was no availability at the time for a ground floor room . The non swim up rooms do not have a kettle but just ask at reception and they will provide one there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool area , even after the towel brigade had been down first thing to claim theirs there was still plenty left to choose from. Although the hotel was full the pool area never felt crowded The pool is deep so if you are like us non swimmers , chooses a swim up room which gives you a chance to take a dip The pool bar was well stocked and reasonably priced , the bar staff served up better cocktails than could be had in many of the bars in the village Breakfast was a laid back affair with a large selection of hot and cold food on offer The village is a ten minute walk away but with my mobility issues I couldn,t make it after the second day but Bill kindly arranged taxi,s for us each night, at just 5 euros each way it was a godsend BBQ night and Kareoke night were fun , how someone can ruin a song with only three words in it is beyond me lol All in all , although I felt limited in what I could do because of my mobility issues we had a very pleasant week at the Pasiphae and I would certainly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Skala Kallonis I can,t leave this review without a special mention to Bill the owner who went above and beyond making sure that every one had a good holiday

We visited this hotel recently with our family. Positives Hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned to a high standard, cleaned on a regular basis with clean towels. Toiletries included. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, linen bed clothes were crisp and white. Pool bar and food available till 3pm, food was tasty and reasonably priced. BBQ night and Greek dancing , dancing was lovely. Lovely pool. Beach is really lovely ,sea is calm and great for the kids. Quite a few restaurants in town and a few bars. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good. Quiet resort which I like. TV in the room had English and news channel. No local buses, so if you want to visit places you will need to hire a car or get a taxi. Nearest bus is in the next town. It’s a bit of a walk into the town but I enjoyed the stroll. I think the hotel needs more sun beds , our first week people were getting up at the crack of dawn to reserve their bed. The second week wasn’t so bad. But not enough for the size of the hotel, the sun beds were very comfortable. The air condition in our room 201 did not work , no vents we did mention it to the manager who said it was fine and to open the window. View from the room not brilliant , but I did enjoy seeing the goats stroll by each morning and afternoon.

Would like to start with thanking Bill & his team, another great time at the Pasaphia, improvements to hotel are spot on, you must go to the barbecue night the food & entertainment are great, Bill is the barbecue king, again me met some lovely people & the new dancers at barbecue were fantastic, this for us was the best barbecue we have been to, Thanks again Bill for a great time. We have not long returned from our 1 week holiday at the pasiphae. This is our second visit to SK but first visit to this hotel. We had a fabulous visit here. The rooms were spacious, clean, lovely comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. Hotel is a short walk to the main square where all the restaurants and bars are, with a delicious bakery on long the way. The pool area is so nice, with really comfy loungers and always able to get a bed. Breakfast was nice with a good choice, even bacon egg if you want. Bill and his team are fab! If you come you must do the bbq, all cooked by Bill, delicious 😋 We have already booked to return next year.
