SunnySun Studios

We visited Sunnysun early June to meet our family. They visit Sunnysun every year and always rave about how relaxing and peaceful it is. We arrived late at night and George the owner was waiting for us. He introduced us to his helper Bobby 🐱 and showed us to our room. 1st impressions, clean, spacious and cool. Rooms have a great air con unit, a kettle, a 2 stove hob and a fridge. VERY comfortable beds and sheets were cleaned every few days. Rooms and bins every day. 1st day we had a good look around. Very nice and homely. The pool area was lovely, very peaceful and no crazy rush for beds as there were enough for everyone. Lots of shaded areas to hide from the beautiful sunshine. Pool area had plenty of floating, balls, goggles etc. George was on the go from early o'clock to late. Always cleaning, tidying and stocking up. He did make time for some good chats, stories and some playtime. I think he actually still owes us pizza for missing the basketball 🏀 🤔 😆He welcomed us and was very helpful in anything we needed. He looked after our parents very well and our brother who usually stay for the month. Sunnysun is located in a great spot for shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stops on each side of the road for some sight seeing. Buses are very regular and go all over. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with George and Bobby and we hope to return again soon. We booked this hotel to use purely as a late-check as our supposed luxury boutique hotel 200m meters away was a shambles. On arrival I met George the owner/gardener/barman/builder/poolboy all in one! And what a star this guy is, he went above and beyond showing us and telling us about our room and amenities even though we were only going to be there till midnight for a flight taxi. My only regret of my week in Rhodes was not booking this place for the 7 nights, and for what I paid down the road at a joke of a so called boutique hotel I would have rather have spent me money here not just on my stay but on helping George with new sun loungers and pool equipment and eat like a king for a week and had George look after us. So please give this place a try and unlike us till now never judge a book by its cover :)

Perfecte locatie om de hoek van het drukke centrum van Faliraki. De kamers zijn zeer netjes, schoon en alles functioneerde goed. Goede airco, groot balkon en complete kitchenette. Het zwembad is leuk aangelegd met veel ligbedden. Veel ontbijttentjes en restaurants in de zelfde straat. Ik kan SunnySun Studios zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen.
