The hotel itself is great. Clean, modern, relaxed vibe and the staff all appeared friendly. Food and drink: However our main problem was the food, there was not a standout meal, everything was bland and a lot of the food was dry as if it had been sat around… even the cucumber was dry… a vegetable that is 96% water. The desserts were all very similar (mouse based desert or jelly). It seemed to always be a bit of a burden over the entire day as every meal breakfast, lunch and dinner were not enjoyable (apart from the pancakes at breakfast). There was a lack of fresh fruit and the cereal I had was stale (I had this multiple mornings and it wasn’t a one off), the ice cream was extremely cheap tasting. All of the fish I had had no flavour at all as if it had every bit of life boiled/poached out of it. We did start eating out towards the back end of our stay as we couldn’t deal with it anymore. Neither of us are picky eaters but what we do expect is that the food should be better than something you can cook at home when you are paying out large amounts of money. We were watching other people’s reactions to the food as they sat down and I would say it was quite apparent the majority of people had the same feeling towards the food. The other issue we found with the eating situation was that the food started to get put away around 45mins before they were actually meant to stop serving so make sure you get there about a hour before the time it is meant to shut to ensure you can guarantee you can get as much selection as possible. The cocktails were all very sweet I do have a sweet tooth however after 2 or 3 I was a bit fed up of them, a lot of the cocktails seemed to be funny neon colours which would also suggest to me they are very sugary. The local beer they have on tap wasn’t really for me either, it was a bit fruity tasting which I personally don’t really like in a lager but other people will like it. The iced coffees were nice but as far I we were aware you couldn’t get any flavourings. Which didn’t bother me but again will bother others. Room: When we arrived at the hotel we were fortunate to be given a free room upgrade… which is always a great start to your holiday. The room was clean and seemed fairly up to date and well looked after. The bed was comfy but maybe a bit too soft for me but that’s just preference I guess. The issues we did find were that the aircon rarely worked (I have read this in other reviews) I think it worked for around 3 days of the 7. The room key holder that allows the electricity to work in your room broke on day 2 however this issue was quickly resolved which was great. Hotel in general: Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. Cleaners were regularly going around the site obviously as well as the rooms. As we started at the first week of opening for the season the outdoor bar wasn’t open for half of our stay but when it was it was a nice place to chill out at night. The pool bar was never in use fo

Beautiful hotel! Elena and Antonis were both particular highlights for us; attentive, friendly and welcoming. Elena looked after us on arrival and was always on hand if we needed anything. Antonis looked after us every evening, always cordial and funny (BIG disaster!). The hotel itself is modern, beautiful and had every on site amenity required to mean you won’t need to leave for the entire stay. Buffet food was plentiful and good quality. I could eat my body weight in cheese pie, so I vote for more of that please!! Beautiful pools and surroundings, we obviously went at the end of the season, so there was plenty of space. But I could imagine in the high season that it may be a bit of a race to secure a sun bed. We promised Antonis that we will return, and absolutely intend to come back. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic experience at White Dreams Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly special. Special thanks to Antonella, Solange, and Antonis, who went above and beyond and felt more like friends by the end of our stay. Their warmth and attention to detail made each day wonderful. The cleanliness was impeccable—the rooms were always spotless, thanks to the incredible cleaning team, who deserve all the praise! Dining was a highlight, with a stunning variety every evening, from sushi to authentic Greek and Italian nights. Every meal was beautifully prepared and delicious, with enough variety to keep things exciting each night. Thank you, White Dreams Hotel, for an unforgettable stay! Can't wait to return!

Really helpful staff speaking English and German. Rooms very tidy and stylish as was the whole hotel. The pools are stunning and not overly busy. There’s a roof top bar open in the evenings which has a great vibe overlooking the main pool. The buffet style meals are tasty and provide a good range of hot and cold food, including Greek classics and other fare. Drinks are not bad - locally sourced beverages- good if you like beer and wines so so. There is also an onsite shop selling a range of basics including lotion, snacks and drinks. Very convenient location for Faliraki beach only a short walk away (less than 10 minutes).

Fantastic experience, huge, modern, beautiful facility, attention to detail in every respect. The relation quality-price is unbeatable. There are two very large swimming pools with an indoor open bar, available to all guests, and private pools reserved for some suites. The manager, Athanasia, helped us with the booking, we had a talk with her and she is a very sweet, sunny and very nice person. The staff in general is fantastic, from the waiters, cleaners to the receptionists. Everyone was very kind, polite and smiling. We talked a lot in particular with Solange, one of the amazing reseptionist, a great girl, nice, talkative, attentive to all our needs. Experience to be absolutely repeated

Pros - really nice pool - rooms were clean Cons - Food was boring and tasted bad, even the a la carte restaurant... - Cleaning was starting as early as 8 am - rooms are really loud, because there are no corridors and there are speakers playing loud music outside till 1:00 am, if you are looking for quiet place to relax, this isn't it - you couldn't set the air conditioning for comfort zone, something worked not well there

A lovely looking and relaxing resort, and close enough to Faliraki to walk in without being too close. We only had one instance of not being able to get a sun-bed despite many guests claiming sun-beds but not using them for hours/at all (life is too short to bother surely). The food was fine, breakfast was plentiful and a good choice as was lunch. It did feel that it catered mainly to the German market with the food choices, but what there was, was enjoyable. The dinner service felt a bit more of a canteen than at breakfast and lunch but we ate out a few times in the evening to mix it up and there are some very good, local and cheap restaurants about a 15 minute walk away, close to the harbour. The rooms were big enough and clean and we had a seating area and a balcony so plenty of space to chill out. The air con, which was definitely needed, was temperamental which was a bit frustrating but nothing more. Staff were helpful, friendly and very efficient. Only moan, which is an old man one, is the use of plastic cups anywhere outside of the restaurant. Aged 53, I can be trusted with a glass, and if the worst happens then I’ll tidy it up. Moan over.

We were a little apprehensive after reading some of the more negative reviews on here, but have just returned from an amazing week at White Dreams. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very picturesque and is maintained to a high standard. We stayed in a 'superior pool view' room which was lovely and spacious, and cleaned well by housekeeping (when requested). Facilities were good including AC, TV, fridge and safe however, there were no tea / coffee making facilities or robes and slippers - both of which are advertised on their website. Initially we thought there were only 2 pools however, on our last day we discovered a third pool outside of the main entrance. All the pools had ample sun-loungers and we never struggled to find a space however, we noticed people getting up early to 'reserve' loungers with their belongings. At each pool there was a bar which served beer, wine, local spirits, soft drinks and a good selection of cocktails. We enjoyed the drinks and found all bar staff to be friendly. The biggest downside was the fact that the swim up bar in the pool was not open for the entirety of our stay - this was a selling point of the hotel for us. It was a very peaceful place to stay and being adults-only really helped with this. There was no entertainment offered in the evenings, however the resort is only 15 minutes walk away from the centre of Faliraki which made it easily accessible for nights we wanted a bit more atmosphere. It was easy to travel around the island, the bus to Rhodes Old Town cost €2.50 each way and stopped a short walk from the hotel. We hired a car for 2 days to explore further afield which the hotel staff kindly arranged for us. The absolute highlight of our stay has to be the staff. They were all very friendly and could not do enough for you. They assisted us with planning our trip and also booking excursions to Symi on our behalf. Special shoutouts to Elena and Anais on reception and Spiros in the restaurant - they were incredibly friendly and really made our stay! We loved our time at White Dreams and would definitely visit again!
