We had an ok of a time, pool areas lovely and enjoyed the relaxation at pool areas. Unfortunately at the time of booking it wasn’t noted around the amount of steps and my mother struggled daily up and down to get to the pool and restaurant, even reception. This really needs to be more clearer for people with mobility issues. I know there is ramps but mum has breathing difficulties so this was a big issue. Staff were lovely and food was just ok. Not much variety. Ventured to pefkos and falaraki on the bus.

Took a short notice, 6 night stay. Falaraki itself looks very lived in. I personally wouldn't like to stay in the middle of it. It's very weathered. Venezia itself is absolutely lovely. It's genuinely spotless. About 1.4k out of centre of falaraki. We're sticklers for clean and clean it most certainly is. All the staff are lovely. Was 26 degrees late October. Food, very good, varied in the main restaurant. Theme nights, Greek, Italian, Sunday roast day etc. As adults with no kids in tow, here's what made the holiday for us......marrakesh adults only area.... Like being on another continent. Amazing area. Only a year old. And you genuinely feel like you're in an oasis. All inclusive drinks menu still stands in there, as she's a paid drinks menu for higher end drinks, although the local wines and beers are top drawer. Would we ever go to falaraki centre and stay there.... No.. Would we go to this hotel again... Absolutely yes. They seem to be constantly adapting and upgrading, with a new area planned for 2025 which looks amazing. Rooms all good and again pristine clean. Functional and comfy. Really good for families. No negatives for us. All positives.

This is the second time to the hotel and I can it has had alot of brilliant changes since then. My stay was great, we got a sea view room which we wernt expecting and was close to the adults only area the Marrakesh pool and bar. The room was lovely, they were cleaned everyday and the beds were so comfy. I have to give a shout out to Stergos and Anastasia on reception they were brilliant, friendly and on hand to help with any thing. Also I need to give shout to Emanuel, Olga and mike in the marakesh bar they were also brilliant. We were told whilst we were there that there are more upgrades to be done over the winter so can't wait to see them next year.

Currently on day two of the holiday, when we arrived we turned the shower on and it shot out of the holder covered myself and the bathroom with water so we informed the front desk to be told someone will come and fix it tomorrow morning... We've waited all day for someone to come and fix it but still nothing. We've been to the front desk twice more to be told someone is coming. The pool areas are great theres atleast 3 of them, never seem to struggle for a sun lounger and there is no reserving of the sun loungers either. Food is your standard all inclusive food, always being replenished but is never really more than warm but you can always find something to eat. You can help yourself to soft drinks, water, beer and wine which is always handy and there is always somewhere open to grab something to eat if you're hungry. There is a little shop at the side of the front desk which has your typical snacks, suncreams etc. There are buses to the beach multiple times per day which are free. So far from what we've experienced with the shower (it's also not the cleanest) it would put me off from coming back however it seems a shame to say that as the pool areas have a lovely atmosphere!

So first major disappointment was our room. We booked a superior room which resembled nothing of the pictures on our booking. It was really dated and tired and looked more like a hostel. Definitely not 4star standard. We did request to be moved but were denied as the guy behind the desk said they didn’t have any other rooms available however, I went straight online and there was availability to book another superior room for the same dates. The room was clean enough apart from a lot of hair which was a bit grim. The shower is so small it floods the bathroom every time we used it. The walls are also really thin but the view from the balcony was beautiful. The food was ok, we ate out a lot and ate mostly pasta at the hotel as the options are pretty limited and the food is never hot. They point you in the direction of the microwave if you point this out. We witnessed a group of people all shoving their fingers in the food one day and when we complained the member of staff just laughed. The pool areas are good enough but all the little rules are difficult to remember. Cocktail selection is really poor, just a choice of 2 premixed. You can only get cocktails at 1 pool. The adult only area looks nice but the loungers are ridiculously dirty. Evening entertainment is pretty poor. There was advertised activities like yoga in on certain mornings but I waited twice on the advertised days and it never happened. Cleaning staff are nice but the rest pretty much act like you don’t exist. It takes about half hour to walk to town but they do run buses and it’s so worth going. We spent a lot of our time in Faliraki to be honest, the beaches are clean and beautiful and the bars and restaurants are plentiful and worth going to Overall this is definitely not a 4 star hotel

Greeted like a family member remembering us from last year. A warm welcome from everyone. We arrived late as usual from Leeds no problem cheese and ham sandwich ready for us. We stocked up with room essentials from the shop( some items cheaper than in town). Directions to our rooms and offers of helping us from the night team. The room was great in the main block don’t expect a suite it isn’t you get what you need a massive bed shower toilet fridge ac and a balcony. What more do you need you have the whole of Rhodes outside. The whole team in the hotel are a credit to the Venezia always happy help. Food is great from traditional Greek to English there is something for everyone. The only problem was the access to the new Marrakesh restaurant for my father in law as he has mobility issues but once inside the food was great. My final shoutout goes to Nik the man who answers most reviews on here for keeping me entertained the whole year with his replies to folk

Second time at the Venezia, first time in 2020, so a lot of changes, all for the better. Restaurant and Venus bar much improved. Food was great. The Marrakech Oasis is a new addition and a bonus that it's adult only! All areas kept clean and tidy. All the staff were always ready to help or answer any questions. Big shout goes out to Stergos who made sure my daughter and I had a sea view room which was also close to the reception, restaurant and the oasis. Thank you. Others to mention were Olga, Mike and Emmanuel in oasis. Charlie at the pool bar. Definitely recommend the Venezia.

We have spent the most relaxing week here, the rooms are clean tidy and although small have everything you need. The pools are cold and refreshing and plenty of sun beds so no fighting over them. The food morning noon and night was lovely there was plenty of choice at each sitting even for fussy eaters there was something. The night entertainment although simple was great fun each night. What can I say about the staff extremely friendly efficient and made our trip each time we interacted with them. Thankyou so much for a wonderful holiday. Only kicker is the surprise €50 you have to pay on arrival for air con tax maybe should let the customer know before hand x

Fabulous hotel, highly recommend. Our room was by the pool and main hotel (302) and was everything you need. Staff are lovely and helpful, from cleaners, reception, bar and dining, especially a lovely man at the dining area who is great with kids and always cheerful. The view from the dining area is breathtaking and the food was lovely, plenty of choices, hot and cold. Great shuttle bus up and down the hill so never an issue. Great pizza, burger and gyros bars too as part of the all inclusive. The most beautiful restaurant the Marrakech on site which we had a free three course meal at was beautiful. Ignore negative reviews and ask for this hotel.
