The Federal Hotel

After a challenging check in, Me being stuck outside with no staff to be seen, a phone number on the door that no-one would pick up for over an hour, so after a 15 hour day I had to sit in my car outside on the streets waiting for them to call me back, They had forgotten to email me saying it's a self check in and where the code was. As I managed to gain entry to my room that was cold with no bathroom on my level I went to bed placing a bottle of water on the bedside table, this collapsed onto my foot heavily bruzing my foot nearly breaking my toe and as I went to catch it giving me a blood blister. You could clearly see that the wrong screws had been used and the bedside table folded under a 2L bottle of water. The manager later got back to my photographic evidence and apologised. They offered me a full refund there and then. It has now been 6 weeks and I haven't heard back from them, no refund no real apology. I'd avoid this " hotel " like the plag !
