Cantonese hospitality at its best! The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

It was very good service from the hotel staff, who helped us plan activities. The hotel is very clean and has been newly renovated. The choice and quality of the breakfast is nice, and has real sausages, rather than the poor ones that many Chinese hotels serve

Special mention to the front desk who was so helpful and efficient addressing our calls from how to get there from Kaipingnan to arranging a beautiful bday celebration for my mum celebrating her 70th and sorting our transport from Chikan to Zilicun. They do great justice to the hotel and am very grateful for their help. As a plus, the hotel is new and clean and wonderfully located. All in all, it's an A+ from me!

設施齊全，服務態度很好，位置也很好喜歡南區，剛好看完最後一個節目可以很快回去躺下。可租借衣服這點很方便，但確實沒什麼合適的衣服。 定了酒店就包含景區門票，這點還蠻好，尤其是早上起來景區裏都沒人。不過要帶厚衣服，早晚冷得很，酒店的空調也不是很好用。 以下是關於景區食物的點評： 牛玗路小吃街第一家的黃鱔煲仔飯，因為可見到是柴火燒的而點，但是不好吃，黃鱔很腥，米飯硬，不香。晚餐點人非常多，店家普通話溝通稍微困難， 牛玗路小吃街最後面那家的豆腐角，好吃，鹹淡剛好，還會給送到桌上。 拐角處的阿姨牛雜，很好吃，牛雜煮的口感剛好，蘿蔔豆泡都浸足湯汁，強推。 阿姨牛雜對面的手信店，陳皮製品好吃，珍珠奶茶味道很一般，珍珠口感軟趴趴。 往東南方向走一點的美芝蓮，雞蛋仔一般般。 堤西路小吃街東數第一家，豬扒包口味一般，豬扒質量可以，港奶非常好喝。 堤西路小吃街往西一點的糖水店，點了杏仁露，黏糊的熱露露的味道，好喝的。 堤西路小吃街再往西走一點，罐罐米線口味不錯，偏鹹一點，老闆人非常好。 隔壁叻沙非常想吃，從早等到下午老闆也不在，傷心💔。 醒獅廣場東側的表姐家餈，寫的是本地特色，確實第一次看見這種製品，陳皮餅和紫薯燕麥餅都是糯嘰嘰的，有餡，可以嘗試但不會再吃，此外還買了葉餈，除了很淡的葉子味外沒有其他味道，吃不慣。 隔壁白切雞，可以單獨買部位不用整衹半衹那樣，口味較鹹。
