The hotel was new and well decorated. Though the mattress is slightly too hard for my husband, we had a good 2 nights of stay.

It was very good service from the hotel staff, who helped us plan activities. The hotel is very clean and has been newly renovated. The choice and quality of the breakfast is nice, and has real sausages, rather than the poor ones that many Chinese hotels serve

景區自駕車衹能停在停車場，酒店有接駁車非常方便，服務態度也好，帶着孩子住在景區內非常方便，景區內的建築風格古色古香、拍出來非常上像，下午場表演很多、離得都不是很遠，非常高大上，精彩紛呈、一直到晚上10點才陸陸續續關門！真的很值得推薦！

辦理入住的酒店並不是入住的酒店，理由是房間分佈廣，應該是隨機分配，直到辦理入住後才知道自己是住哪裡，被安排到景區的最邊邊，像是沒開發和荒廢的邊邊角，入住的旅店沒有前台工作人員，運氣好或許能碰到兼職的大學生，工作人員培訓也不到位，説是行李送房間，最後還是轉了好幾個電話才找到行李。房間沒有配置電梯，樓梯很長，親子出遊千萬不要選，嬰兒車和行李衹能自己台上房間！看地圖也能看出離吃東西的地方也很遠

北門停車場最裡麪的行李寄存處坐接駁車，在戲劇酒店辦的入住，人很多兩位小哥有點忙不過來，但態度都很好。
住在華新旅館，寬敞衞生，很舒服；就是靠近河邊的房間確實晚上會有排練的音響，不過入住那天10點多就結束了，也能接受。旅店位置在古鎮中央，關注“赤坎度假區導覽”小程序，實時定位，路程導航，看錶演去景點非常方便。
不同網站訂酒店有不同的套餐，攜程訂的贈送了當年照相館的換裝體驗，物超所值，老媽拍得很開心。恰逢下雨降温，贈送的遊船票沒用上，不然泛舟河上，古韻盎然，別有意趣。
景區內很多小吃，但早餐時段不開放，在美堂羨意餐廳吃到了最好吃的魚丸粉，雖然種類不多但味道都超正，酸奶果汁沙拉肉類包點，滿滿的幸福。
整體體驗很好，在美堂寄存行李等車都很方便，服務也好。看錶演古鎮探幽，就來赤坎吧！

房間裝修和硬件都還不錯。赤坎古鎮也值得細細的參觀，各種表演質量都非常在線。但酒店毫無服務意識！從入口到房間換三次電瓶車，我爸媽都七十多歲了，老爸腿不方便需要坐輪椅，我們兩個行李箱三四個背包加一個摺疊輪椅，老爸上下電瓶車非常不方便，就是看中了酒店有接送才訂的這家，結果呢，去個房間換三次車，長者家很吃力的上下車，大包小包的行李搬上搬下倒騰來倒騰去，最後入住的根本不是訂的酒店名字！我訂的赤坎古鎮遇見騎樓旅店薈，到門口出示攜程訂單被送到遇見騎樓客棧，刷了身份證以後説房間不在這，等了五分鐘的電瓶車，被送去巢棲親子酒店給辦入住存行李但房間還不在這裏。。。讓我們先去玩等電話通知，房間好了再回來等電瓶車送去房間。我這個火大！！！三個小時以後終於等到房間可以入住的電話，去到巢棲又等了十來分鐘的電瓶車，給送到巴黎酒店門口，然後又要穿過巴黎酒店的大堂穿過小巷子再上台階，拐來拐去的給送到一個叫碉樓旅館的地方，我這到底是被賣了幾手啊？！我要不要投訴一下！！！這不屬於掛羊頭賣狗肉嗎？本來過年期間到處都人多老爸腿腳不好行動很慢我們時間本來就很寶貴的，結果光等三次電瓶車，搬三次行李上下車浪費了我們多少時間！！！到了住的地方老房子沒有電梯可以理解，我們説把輪椅放一樓前台，説啥不讓放説他們前台沒人，一個男的不知道是幹啥的還説你們剛才就應該把輪椅存在巢棲那邊，這説的是人話嗎？有沒有一點常識！有沒有一點服務意識！站在那裡不説幫忙搬一下行李還説風涼話！輪椅不跟着行動不便的人要放到別處去嗎！！！你們都別訂這家了，不清楚是在搞什麼貓膩，住的地方跟訂的名字完全對不上號。前台總機大堂經理電話永遠佔線，你需要問什麼事情根本找不到人，一千多一晚的房間沒有一點服務可言。攜程訂房十幾年了沒遇到這麼讓人生氣的事情，太過分了！
