Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

關於價格，我是攜程會員，訂完才看到其他平台非會員價格都比攜程便宜，感覺自己是冤種。
自駕前往，到北門看到有酒店住客停車專區，告知保安我們住酒店的，卻還是攔着不讓我們進，要停到更外面的地方，走得更遠。
讓我活久見的是，在這非一線城市偏遠的地方非節假日950一晚的酒店，加水居然要加錢，住過那麼多酒店，經濟型到五星級都住過不知道多少了，第一次碰到加水要收錢這種情況，普通民宿都沒有這麼摳的。
另外加被子也説沒有，當天也不是什麼節日，我們特地週日晚住，避開週六錯峯出行，我看平台都房源充足不是滿房狀態。
本來看中這家有泳池，也説沒有開放。
作為親子酒店，窗户沒有任何安全保障。有小朋友的一定要看好。也沒有紗窗，蚊子好多，插着電蚊香液沒有效果。
毛巾有黑色小蟲在上面爬，衞生狀況堪憂。
水壓不穩定，洗個澡水温忽冷忽熱太折騰了！
除了裝修好看，位置優越，在景區裏慢慢逛逛是挺舒服的，酒店內其他體驗感真的很不好，沒有什麼服務可言。
景區內酒店不知道是不是統一管理，希望管理者看看住客們的真實感受，不要好好的一個酒店給服務給敗壞了！

房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，前台服務非常到位，態度友好，一直都是笑容滿面的。入住前告知我如何停車，如何如何進園區，如何搭接駁車等等，到達後又貼心的介紹園區遊玩的路線，一百個贊！酒店無論到哪裡遊玩都非常方便，幾乎在景區中央位置。早餐到美堂酒店吃，也很方便，就在附近。整個感覺很好。

酒店服務挺不熱情的。整體展現的就是小氣兩字。親子酒店，帶娃出行，泡奶用水量大一點。礦泉水都要自費。幾塊錢的事情。問前台能不能加床被子。回覆沒有。服務員阿姨還會做服務一點私自給我們加了。一樓大堂的公區遊樂設施裏味超重超大。衞生堪憂。四處標語脱鞋進入，卻與大堂公共廁所無縫銜接。體驗超差。

居然遇到非常不好清潔工，前台工作人員不專業，接待客人生硬，家庭遊，先生訂的酒店看到是適合一家4口住，沒有看清楚是床是1.8+0.9，根本不能滿足我們睡覺，如果提前告知我們，我們可以加錢升級，等我們回到房間才知道這個床型的情況。前台見到我們沒有爭取親切感，因為早餐是需要到另外一家酒店用餐，前台衹是告訴我們出門左轉再有轉，沒有説是具體地址。真的是氣為什麼到我。

1、房間：親子房一點都不親子，桌角也不包一下尖角，磕到孩子的頭跟他們反饋，服務員還説：“沒有包角，包角都是我們自己買的”，那肯定要你們酒店買啊，難道要我們客户自己買嗎？要加被子也不可以，礦泉水有一瓶還開過的，需要加水還要加錢，你們酒店是不是很缺錢呢？房間的隔音超差的，旁邊房間的小孩跳都清晰聽到，衞生間不能鎖門，對於親子酒店來説是不是不太好呢；
2、跟前台再三確認車牌號了，出去還是需要掃碼付款，前台做事丟三落四呢，打了無數電話才找到負責人處理；
3、一樓波波池沒人管理，波波池的球和沙池的小石頭都堆到波波池了，小孩玩的時候會扎到腳；
4、前台電話永遠都打不通的，在攜程上也沒有就酒店前台電話，從出發前開始打電話，一直打不通。

很好的一次住宿體驗。前台訓練不錯，就是很貼心的感覺。房間乾淨，設施齊全，屬於超預期的體驗。酒店在景區內，不算偏，也不吵，出行很方便，房間的陽台很有特色。景區不大，特色項目不少，如果都遊玩一天肯定不夠，住一晚休息一下特別好。小朋友的遊樂場很不錯，放電的好場所。這個景區有十幾個不同的酒店，可以慢慢選。

房間還有上一家留下的物品，房間清潔有待提高。總體來説還是比較滿意的，小盆友很喜歡。就是捆綁贈送的小朋友DIY花神烘焙店的服務員服務態度非常差，愛理不理説話語氣極其冷漠。

工作人員服務態度熱情，節假日這麼多客人真的不容易。住一晚玩古鎮真的很好，很方便也省力，幾個大節目都看到了。小童樂園和泳池都不錯，小朋友玩的很開心。唯一衞生打掃上有些地方（特別是一些死角）還不是很乾凈，當然節日人多每間房都要掃能夠理解，床單和浴室還是很乾凈的。
