凌晨預訂，下午三點辦理入住，備註的房型衹有一樓，因為嫌棄吵鬧就需要等待四十分鐘打掃樓上的房間，這也能理解，等待結束了，上樓入住房間發現上一顧客使用過的紙巾未被打掃，詢問保潔告知已打掃.下樓電梯扶手又遇見使用過的紙巾在扶手“安靜”的躺着，為了避免別的顧客看見我還去前台告知了事情，並強調可以調監控絕對不是我故意為之，店助溝通了兩次，華住400溝通了三次，也明確可以再等待溝通，我會正常辦理續住，第二天還未到退房時去辦理續住，被告知續住衹能換成別的房型，可以打折，好房間緊俏我能理解，但為什麼不能問問顧客需不需要續住呢？店助溝通的兩次處理方法就是送早餐，送金卡，我很不滿意，因為我從入住到離店一點都不開心.十分糟糕.

離清明上河園很近，清明上河園真的是太喜歡了 如果再選擇一次我還會再去，推薦大家三點以後去清明上河園 因為真的逛一天會很累，房間訂的家庭房 還可以 孩子挺喜歡的，也算是挺乾淨的，所有的洗漱用品都是桔子味道，如果再次去我可能還會選擇這個酒店，河南的菜品屬於都是重口味的，推薦大家嚐嚐那個化三驢肉湯 我倒是吃這麼餐感覺這個最好吃，希望對大家有幫助吧

第一天去的清明上河園，步行10分鐘就到了，走路就可以過去。另外離開封府、包公祠、萬歲山都不遠。酒店對門就是翰園碑林，景色特別好，晚上在酒店門口就能看到煙花表演！！下次去開封一定還住桔子！

酒店位置出行非常方便，酒店就在龍亭公園邊上，沿着湖走，5分鐘就能到公園門口，公園正門對面就是樊樓，夜晚在房間就可以看到公園夜景。酒店有地下停車場，自駕遊的非常友好。酒店旁邊就是商業街，吃飯非常方便。入住時前台小姐姐還給了酒店定製的旅遊地圖，各個景點都標註的非常清晰。這次開封是臨時決定路過停留，如果有機會還會選者這家酒店。

酒店整體為🍊橙色主題，現代法式風格，智能燈光和窗簾。入住親子家庭房，房間寬敞明亮，很喜歡洗漱台很漂亮，房間內還有休閑桌椅區域，吃東西很方便，大人孩子都很喜歡。離各個景點都不遠，下次來還會選擇！

房間超出預期，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還比較新，服務也很不錯，早飯的牛肉麪很好吃，小孩子很喜歡。我們定的景觀房，view也不錯，這個價位這種品質很好了！

位置對面就是龍亭公園、出門有個大飯店價錢不貴、酒店房間挺新的、平米數不大但是還可以、枕頭硬度一般、前台服務還是不錯的挺熱情的、早餐一般不是很多品種、整體不錯

新版的桔子酒店，衞、浴、洗手枱三分離互不影響，整體温馨舒適。燈按照100/50/25/0智能控制，床頭沒燈，衞生間和洗手枱燈不能分開控制。
