Coming for a vacation from USA , Me & my family have reserved two rooms for two nights on August 1,2016 what happened is that they gave us room smelled like urine and we have called service desk to complain about the smell they sent housekeeping and nothing changed ,we called again for 3 times smell is the same !!!!!! - second : when I was checking in , The service desk representative have advice since we don't know how long we will stay for to do a pre authorize my credit card so I will not have to swipe it more than once if we went to stay longer than one night, Next morning we had a paper telling us we should leave !!! We called service desk and different person said that the preauthorization doesn't have to do with staying longer which t the check out that was total different info and they ask us if we want to stay !! Really ???? we have packed our staff being so mad at the whole situation . Had to pay for a nasty room !! plus got kicked out for no reason . Very first time and very last I need to make a complain and since that time can't get in touch with no one to complain. My next action is to file a claim and sue the hotel .
