End of season, end of October 2023, perfect weather for Us 2+1 (10 years old) around 26-28 degrees everyday , Great food , Brilliant service but lots don't speak English only Russian. Breakfast great but ... Disappointing Choice of Ham, very very disappointing, of course no BACON but that's understandable because we are in Turkey, bare in mind. For English breakfast eaters... baked beans in tomato sauce not good... Sorry. Brilliant view Breakfast or Dinner if you seating in the main restaurant as per photos. Lots of different food everywhere, anytime, unfortunately we haven't tried ala cart restaurants which was included 1 within our week of stay. All my friends said same thing.(because there was 10of us (3 families) Management should have look into it if not this it would review 5 stars Great drinks and beverages including international ones (we have been to lots of different all inclusive holidays but this was the best) Amazing Rooms and bathroom very nice, cleaned nicely, restocked, everything what you need in room and bathroom... Everything , only small downside we got a room with very small balcony on the 2nd floor but it's not an issue I have mainly been there to put wet stuff to dry... Kids very happy with slides and heated pool, entertainment 9/10 . The entertainment at night time is the best we seen, dancers, acrobats, live music , foam parties... Brilliant Circus and Michael Jackson show was the best !!!. Halloween Night Brilliant. Tip: take swimming shoes, Sea first few meters small gravel then sand. Lots of sunbeds. QR codes on each Food so can check allergens :) but we found that after checking with chef that for example like Chicken and Donner Meats was missing Yogourt from the ingredients which is bit dangerous for people with allergies. Nearly all I think 98% Russians but I think we know all why. For me 1 star down because of this amount of Breakfast ham choice and no bacon also rude Russians even touching grapes or fries what I noticed putting back and few little issues and staff straight away saying to you in Russian without knowing your nationality... It should be HELLO as a international word. All bar and restaurant staff working very hard , we have noticed couple of times when manager approached moan bar area by the pool and telling staff to clean other tables right now while they were cleaning other tables... Rude way as could see how he was talking despite they were working hard all the time. WiFi in all hotel area..., beach, pools, rooms, Brilliant. All toilets very clean, fresh, automatic, pleasure to use it. Very helpful Guest Relations... Thank you. Best bartender and speaking well English BERKAY... Thank you! We loved our staying in hotel, nice rooms, friendly atmosphere, the breakfasts are great, since we had five types of porridges. best coffeemaker is Bahar in mirrage bar! Thank you for the best coffee and amazing drawings on it, it was a pleasure!

We booked this hotel for my husbands 60th Birthday. Hotel was lovely and Anton helped make it special with bottle champagne etc which was lovely. Food in this hotel was lovely and so much choice. Hotel was spotless and staff were all really nice and hard working. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

The Good: Generally speaking you get a lot for your money. We paid the same amount for the same week last year in Majorca and what this hotel has to offer is significantly more in every aspect. There is a lot to do here. My children were never bored. The entertainment package is excellent - there could have been more variety as it was largely dance groups, but the quality of them was fantastic. There are live bands, karaoke, discos after the main entertainment which we really enjoyed. 4 of the 5 outdoor pools here are heated which means you can enjoy them most of the year round. Dipping into the unheated pool proved just how much they were heated. My daughter got an ear infection (she is prone to them and this is not a reflection on the hotel) and was in quite a lot of pain. We spoke to reception and 4 hours later there was a prescription delivered in reception for 15 euros which cleared it up and stopped it ruining her holiday. The food, especially at lunch time was good. Particularly the burger bar on the beach front which was outstanding. The animation team were lovely, and quickly learned people's names. A special mentioned to the blonde lady who did the darts (sorry I didn't catch your name as you knew mine!) she was outstanding. The kids club is brilliant - my daughter loved it. The effort they put into Halloween was incredible. There was a desperate party on the tennis court. The Nitpicking: The rooms are small. We moved the mattress of the pull out bed onto the floor as where it was positioned my child would have banged their head every time they woke up. However, given that we only used our room for a quick shower and to sleep, it was not a huge issue. I would probably book a 2 bed apartment if we returned to this hotel chain. The bed are very very hard. However, we rang reception and within 10 minutes they had delivered more pillows and a mattress topper which transformed our sleep! Some cocktails were hit and miss depending on who made them. Our shower was plumbed back to front so we had to put it on the cold setting for hot water. Not a huge issue but it was confusing for the first use! General Tips: Having read previous reviews from English guests I was apprehensive about the way we would be treat, or that no one would speak English and my children would not make friends etc. This is absolutely not the case. Most staff are able to converse well in English and I would estimate at about 1/3 of the guests being English. At no point did I struggle to be understand or understand staff. Take floaties and plenty of sun cream with you. These are available on site but at eye watering prices. The resort operates in Euros. Make sure you take some with you as there are a few extra activities the kids can do. Additionally any medicines needed must be paid for in cash. If you plan on visiting in October, it is very warm during the day but very chilly on a night, so pack plenty of warmer clothes (even a coat) As other reviews h

First class hotel , food was amazing but the staff really make this hotel great, from the first day they make your holiday special. The only negative I have is, one guest was wearing an inappropriate t-shirt (for a family friendly hotel ) and a few guests mentioned it but it seemed the management chose not speak to the individual

There is literally nothing I could fault with this hotel, they can’t do enough for you and the all inclusive is the best I have ever experienced.. you definitely won’t go hungry!! Fantastic entertainment in the evening from the kids mini disco to the shows and parties hosted around the pool. Exceptionally clean everywhere and the staff all work so hard. It’s wonderful, hope to be back next year ❤️
