Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

I need 10 star for this hotel, best ever hotel in all of my life, ive been to more than 10 countries and been in Turkey and Antalya 4 times before, but level of service in this 10 star hotel was fantastic, not sure where some negative comments coming from, maybe another Crystal hotel? But more than 100 choices of food and drink and desert unlimited free every day, unlimited ice cream, all alcoholic and non alcoholic, burgers, pizza, flat bread, waffle, all unlimited, rooms clean spacious, staff very helpful, very eager to work, been out at 2Am and they were cleaning and washing surfaces, i cant put all my best ever 4 days i spent on this hotel to this space, but i just wanted so send a massive thank you before leaving on Saturday :)

The hotel itself did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned, as evidenced by the attached photographs. We had booked a double capacity room for four people, however, upon arrival, we were given a room that was only suitable for three people. The fourth person was forced to sleep on a cramped sofa bed, which significantly reduced the overall comfort and space in the room. The room itself was incredibly small, making it difficult for us to move around freely. This was particularly frustrating given that we had been anticipating this holiday for an entire year. When we attempted to address this issue with the hotel staff, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of willingness to assist. They simply informed us that we would have to accept the room as it was or leave. Internet connection was very poor or there was no internet at all. Most of the staff did not speak any English. Shops inside the hotel, so called "markets" are complete rip off, no prices displayed for any products, no receipts for anything you buy.... This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing, as it ruined what was meant to be a relaxing vacation.

We stayed in this hotel in July 2024 and stayed for 2 weeks, until August. Overall, the hotel is great, it has a good location, and the theme park Land of Legends is really close to the hotel, but one flaw is that in front of the hotel there are no shops and no urban areas, so you have to walk or take a bus or a taxi to get to the area where you can buy some stuff. It's really clean; my room was cleaned every day, and the mini bar was also refilled. New, clean towels were brought every day, as were new sheets. We stayed in a family room, which had a lot of light and two separate rooms. The food was truly amazing; there are a lot of options: meat, pasta, pastry, traditional food, gözleme, fish, burgers, salads, sushi, a lot of cakes, ice cream, etc. There is one bar (Sultan bar) that works 24 hours a day, and you can get food there whenever you want. There are also a lot of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are two pools on the outside and one small pool for kids; on the inside, there is a pool with cold water in the spa center. The water in the pools on the outside was always warm but a little bit unpleasant in the afternoon. Also, there was a really bad odour next to the main pool, close to the bar. The beach is huge, with golden sand and a lot of greenery. It has a bar next to it and a swing if you want to relax, as well as many watersports (jetski, parasailing, water cars, and much more). After 4 p.m., there are a lot of waves, which can be annoying, and they are dragging a lot of dirt. The hotel has a few waterslides that are really fun (one of them is for 16+). Entertainment was phenomenal; there were activities the whole day, and there was no way you could be bored. At 12 p.m., there is a pool game at the main pool, and you can win great prizes. There is an aqua gym, dance, darts, shooting, golf, mini club activities, and in the evening, a show in the amphitheatre and live music on the stage, as well as two parties in a week and also a nightclub. If you are into sports, there are basketball and football courts, beach volleyball, waterpolo, golf, a gym, etc. There are a lot of animals; cats are everywhere, as are hedgehogs. The staff is really hard-working and nice to the guests. Entertainers are really funny, and employees at the bar are always smiling, as are the lifeguards and waiters at the restaurant. Special thanks to Irfan (La Mer Spa), Ömer (Main Restaurant), and the Entertainment team. I would definitely return next year, it's a great hotel.

Very nice staff, very happy with room. Beach only 2 minutes away, many bars to get drinks from and morning activities were fun. Would recommend. Short taxi ride to local town and attractions. Kid friendly and very good for couples. Stayed 7 nights would stay more. Thanks crystal tat.

Everything was great the food was good the people were nice and and the our room was really clean and nice the beach here was pretty and we had a really great time. And thank you for miss özlem she was really nice and helped us to. Thank you so much tat beach
