We came to this hotel at the beginning of may for 2 weeks, And what a fantastic time we had, we are sad to leave, the hotel rooms , pool area, restaurant was all very clean and cleaned daily, the food made for the restaurant was lovely, but the staff made it for us, even though we came before the season started we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Very close to ladies beach and all the shops, I would recommend the Kiwi restaurant on ladies beach for eating out, The hill outside isn't as bad as other reviews suggest, there is steps at the side which make it easier. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, every single one of them, they are friendly and very accommodating, great with our kids, we have definitely made friends for life and will certainly be coming back again, I didn't manage to get everyone's name, but thankyou to Azra, smile, borat and everybody else, we will miss you ❤️

I was optimistic when I saw how dated this hotel was but do not let that put you off! My family and I had an amazing time. The cleaners, the staff and Daniel the entertainer are all fabulous human beings! They work very hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything is cleaned every day, towels are replaced, pool is cleaned, food is delicious and affordable. Extra shout out to Dan for playing with our kids Lola & willow, letting them do karaoke and dancing with them. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming and you don’t feel uncomfortable at all. It’s very safe to let the kids play on the premises and the staff love to interact with them. The only downside and it is the only one, there is a small hill to the hotel but it’s not mammoth! You can do it at your own pace and you get quicker each time! A taxi is less than a fiver from the ladies beach and most restaurants come and pick you up and drop you back if you want to eat there. Win win! Hands down one of the best holidays we have had recently and we travel a few times a year.

The pool and bar and some staff where the best thing about this place the rooms where very bad, old depressing need 💯 to be renovated all old furniture, 1 out of 10 there is a hill on both sides of the appartments that if your old is not good or if you have a problem with your legs

Wow, where do I start, from landing at that hotel, motel, was the start of a awful stay....we arrived late, 1 guy working but his English wasn't good so had to find some food for my son, with no help. Firstly the toilet & room smelt of the sewer, had to ask for 2 days if my room was going to be cleaned, on the 3rd day it was cleaned after 4pm. When asked about the sewer smell, they put moth balls near the drain, however the smell never went, I had dettol on me so I made it bareable for me and my son to use, the showers were broken dirty, the floors in the room were dirty, the facilities are old and rusty. The fridge is dirty and disgusting, rooms were not cleaned only the beds were changed and made. The WI-FI worse ever, my child couldn't use it in the room so was in the lobby most evenings, the free breakfast in morning was terrible, chips in the morning?? Eggs were runny and awful tasting, air con is needed for free in all rooms, that should be included in the price, I got really bad heat rash!! The Staff were friendly but the Entertainer was awful, shouting at kids, leaving kids out of his games if he was challenged by a parent! Rude man Daniel, very rude. Imagine him buying 15/20 children and adults an ice cream but missing out two kids because he didn't like what their mums said to him when he addressed small young children instead of their parents, made children cry, not much of an entertainer!! My son banged his head and was given ice and there was no accident book so had to keep my own record!! Will NEVER stay there again, too basic, not worth £867 each!! The toilet brush was the worst thing I have seen!!

The hotel rooms are basic but clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Nice size balcony with sea view. The staff are really friendly. The down side is the guests. The hotel attracts families from a strong drinking culture. They were rowdy, fighting, glasses thrown over the balcony. Kids playing football in the corridors outside the rooms. Doors being slammed all night. We didn't even attempt to use the pool as the sun loungers were reserved with guests towels at 7am who would then take themselves back to bed to sleep off their ale. Never experienced sun lounger turf war before coming here. This is the second time we have stayed at Tuntas, unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again. Staff were unable to mange the guests.

First time visiting Turkey and we had the absolute best time, the hotel was fabulous, all staff go above and beyond with everything the entertainment was 10/10 from start to finish we loved every single minute such a beautiful area also, we will 100% be back here next year lots of love the Geordie bunch ❤️
