Efteling Bosrijk

¡Nuestra experiencia fue de una estrella! No cambiaban la ropa de cama, en todas las habitaciones encontramos pelos, insectos y suciedad en las camas. Llamé al recepcionista y sé que no fue solo su culpa, pero esperé una hora para que alguien limpiara y cambiara las sábanas y no pasó nada. (12 am después de todo el día de viaje). Muy decepcionado, nuestra habitación era la más cara del "resort" y nunca habríamos imaginado que tendríamos que dormir en la cama de otra persona... ¡¡¡Simplemente inaceptable!!!! Muy decepcionado

Casas de pueblo peculiares en un hermoso entorno boscoso. ¡Me sentí como en Harry Potter! Alojamiento familiar espacioso e impecablemente limpio. Libros infantiles y gorros para dormir de regalo a la llegada, lo que fue una encantadora sorpresa. Camas muy cómodas. La entrega de pizza fue muy bienvenida después de un largo día en el parque temático. El desayuno es sabroso, aunque quizás hubiera apreciado la adición de salchichas, frijoles, etc. para hacer un desayuno cocinado de verdad. Personal amable y extremadamente servicial. Señalización clara en todas partes y área de estacionamiento segura. El complejo de alojamiento sin automóviles les da a los niños la libertad de caminar con seguridad sin preocuparse por los autos. La aplicación Efteling es fácil de usar y muy útil para navegar por el parque y aprovechar al máximo su viaje. Gracias por unas maravillosas vacaciones familiares con 3 niños (de 12, 9 y 6 años), recomendaríamos 100% alojarse en Bosrijk.

Nos encanta Efteling y este hotel es muy bonito. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar de lujo apartada, un espacio estupendo en un lugar precioso. El desayuno era excelente. Mi único defecto es la falta de servicio de limpieza de la habitación... las camas no estaban hechas, las tazas no se lavaban ni las toallas sucias se retiraban (a pesar de haberlas dejado en la bañera con antelación). Alguien había entrado claramente en la habitación, ya que habían dejado un nuevo paquete de toallas, pero no tocaron nada más. Muy decepcionante para un hotel de este nivel y precio.

¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Efteling tiene tantos detalles que lo hacen tan especial para las familias. Desde los videos previos a la llegada hasta las visitas de los hombres de arena y las copas nocturnas y la reserva, todo sin costo adicional. El complejo es muy relajante y tranquilo después de los días ajetreados en el parque.

Had the most amazing time. The house we stayed in was clean and well equipped and great for 10 of us. The theme park was absolutely amazing. So clean and tidy and we didn't have any long queues (it was very cold though!!). I would recommend this place to anyone. we will definitely go back.

I want to begin the review by pointing out that I'm a HUGE fan of Efteling. Our family has stayed at the Efteling Hotel on multiple occasions and have been completely enchanted by our stays. The park is also our favorite, better in our opinion than Disney or Universal. We booked a 6-person house at the Bosrijk expecting the same magical experience and quality Efteling had spoiled us with before. We were very dissapointed. The outside part of the hotel is beautiful, admittedly. The woods, the entrance, the main building, they all look fine. But step inside the rooms... And oh boy is it different. We had read reviews of "I found a spiderweb", and "I found something dirty", but assumed it wouldn't be the usual. Whoever is reading this; please don't make the same mistake. Every single wardrobe was so full of dust and foul-smelling we couldn't use them. The TV was small and old, but though it's a "luxury hotel" we didn't mind that. We did mind the huge spiderwebs on the ceilings. There was one large spider on the kitchen ceiling we couldn't reach and called "Charlie". There was another in one of the bathrooms. On our bed frame was a huge spiderweb we had to clean and a spider we had to kill. Not exactly the luxury experience. Just when we thought the accommodation seemed like an abandoned ******* house, full of dust and spiderwebs, we found a dirty sock in the children's room, and not one but two candy wrappers lying on the floor of one of the bedrooms. The bed linens were clean and new, and a few towels were provided, but that was as far as the cleaning went. But this was all fine, compared to what came next. Walking into the room my child would be staying in, checking for more socks or whatever, I spotted something on the ground. I discovered it was an incredibly rusty nail, with multiple layers of rust, lying there in a position to be stepped on and break skin. That's when I realized the lack of care given to the house was DANGEROUS. Not only did we have to clean the bathrooms ourselves, pick up the trash lying everywhere from the guests before us, clean up spiderwebs, and not use the wardrobes, but we also had to proceed with caution around literally everything. It was so dirty you never knew what you could find. The hotel does have potential. Beautiful entrance, beautiful nature, lovely restaurant. But the fact that we didn't feel safe or comfortable made any other economic hotel feel like a luxury compared to this one. Which should be a crime considering the price tag and "luxury" marketing.
