The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, Ka'Anapali

酒店很大，就在海邊，自身就很有特色，裏面有海龜、海豚，特意定了一個可以看到海豚池的房間，每天打開窗户就可以看到這些小精靈們在水裡玩耍特別開心！酒店比較大，搬運行李之類的服務不那麼積極，主要是人多吧，停車也是自助，也可以付費服務，但我覺得其實不需要，還是很方便的，可以坐小火車去房間，前台工作人員也會跟你説往哪邊走，而且小火車設計很人性化，上火車台階是平的，很方便。酒店還有遊船，可以在站點坐，轉一圈還不錯。酒店餐廳也很多，各種小吃都有，也可以出去門口生活區，有商場羣、加油站、超市，還有各種牛排日料。有人説大島荒涼，其實並非如此，這是一個很有特點的島嶼，生活區都非常成熟，這個酒店所在就是一個很完善的區域，進去以後這片空間可以秒掉毛伊島，而且外圍很有特點，都是熔巖土地。

We needed a 2 bedroom, with space to spread out, and the Westin Nanea was the perfect choice. We have stayed at other Westins before, even the beautiful Westin Maui Resort & Spa Kaanapali, but this time we wanted a villa. Located right on Ka’anapali Beach, it was a convenient location. A 5 minute walk to Dukes and a 10-15 minute walk to a food truck park that began serving at 4:00pm. Many choices and lovely locals who owned the trucks. There’s a boardwalk that takes you all the way to Whalers Village and all the way to the Hyatt. If you walk the entire boardwalk, it’s a little over 2 1/2 miles. At times I decided not to walk back with my group so I would go to Whalers Village and take the convenient shuttle that takes you directly to the hotel. Runs about every 15-20 minutes. Great way to get exercise and people are up early getting in their walks as well. Soon after you pass the Westin Maui Resort and Spa there is a Starbucks conveniently located on the boardwalk. It was wonderful taking a break and sitting on their terrace overlooking the ocean. There are only two restaurants in Westin Nanea. The Inu Pool Bar and Mauka Makai. Mauka Makai served my favorite breakfast during my stay. The smoked salmon bowl was by far the best! The pool area was relaxing and several days we rented umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach that the hotel rents. Depending on how busy their seasonal is, if you want to rent umbrellas it’s best to get them early. Couple of times we would go after 12 or 1 o’clock and they were all rented. You have them the entire day. Rental is until 4:00 (September). One time we rented lounge chairs, and one umbrella and the cost was around $120. Another day we rented the cushion lounge chairs with umbrella attached, and those were around $40 more. They are daily rentals. They also have smaller umbrellas and folding chairs which you can rent for 48 hours. The walls in the hotel are solid. Never heard the neighbors and we knew they were there. Hotel is spotless and service is amazing as any Westin is. Washer and dryer in the units worked better than mine at home. We would definitely return to the Nanea!

The Westin Nanea was a nice resort. Love the lobby. The resort was beautiful. The rooms roomy and comfy. Nice kitchen but no counter space. Have to use table to cook off. The pool is nice. Easy to get lounge chairs. Nice gym. The staff was fantastic-best of any timeshare we've stayed at. The bar is the best ever. Great bartenders who actually knew the owners and got up to hug them and say hi. Shout out to Ben and Joy who were fantastic! I can't think of the 3rd guy's name but he was great too. The only negative is the food. We tried multiple things and all bad which is a shame because food is so expensive. Nachos had velveeta cheese. Chicken sandwich ok. Red thai dish in main restaurant only had eggplant, nothing else like a protein etc. Hamburger ok. Ribs were the worst-grisly and fries in grease-not edible so had to throw away. The restaurant manager was nice as she felt bad and gave us a credit for ribs meal and bought me a drink. We started going off site for all of our food mid trip. Saw another guest in elevator who said the same. Any time you called guest services about something, they answered and got it fixed or done. Fantastic service! Love the access to the beach. Tons of people out there. One last thing-guy at pool towel spot told me couldn't rent cabanas by main pool but later another guy told us you can rent them for half day on day of. We will be back next year.

Our Villa was awesome, the property was gorgeous and the staff was friendly and helpful. The weather was excellent, though a tad warm for one or two in our group. Easy access to the beach and beautiful nightly sunsets. Close enough to walk to Whaler’s Village but free shuttle to and from if you don’t feel like walking. Though we miss Lahaina there is still so much Aloha alive and well on the Island.

Loved this resort! The size of the suites are more than ample if you’re traveling with friends or family. The full kitchen was great as we enjoyed cooking in the evening. The BBQ’s were conveniently located and immaculately clean. The pool was lively with both families and adults. It’s great to have the availability of the sister Westin property for a change of scenery and more adult feel. The plunge pools also allowed for a more quiet & relaxing experience. Housekeeping was generous for the mid week tidy. Provided replacement coffee, laundry supplies, paper products and fresh towels. I needed a replacement ironing board and it arrived instantly. I accidentally left behind an article of clothing and was contacted 24 hrs after departure with a photo of the item and how I wanted proceed. In my 30+ years of staying in hotels, this has never happened. Appreciated the 1st 24 hour valet fee waived, as my flight was 3hrs late & was exhausted. Parking in the garage was convenient & free of charge. This is an amazing resort and look forward to visiting again!

I still don't get it. Why must this place play music all day and into the nite? Yes it's Hawaiian. Sometimes you can actually tell. But for the most part all you can hear is the bottom end. Stop! The kiddies pool has water features that on their own are much easier on the ears. Lose the music!

The resort grounds are amazing, rooms are big and spacious. Pool and beach are perfect. Nice boardwalk to walk on. There were two things that I didn’t love. My room was not as clean as I would have expected. Housekeeping seems to ignore the out of sight spots, like between the sofa and end table. We had some strange liquid spilled from a previous guest. Pantry also had spills in it. Dishwasher and refrigerator were dirty on the outside as well. I was also missing some staple items like salt/pepper and dishwasher pods. Pool towels were a huge issue for me. Pretty sure they got these towels from a previous hotel. They are so old and stained. They are in need of a major refresh.

Beautiful setting on lovely North Kaanapali beach, with fantastic views of the sun setting between Molokai and Lanai islands just off the coast. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it was worth it. Hotel and staff was everything you would expect a luxury property to be.

This is our second time coming to Maui. The first was last year at the Westin Hotel. This year on Aug. 11th - 18th., we had the privilege to stay at Nanea Ocean Villas. It was fabulous, we had amazing time. Every day we went snorkeling, relaxing at the pool. Just chilling, attend the Wailele Luau. The staff was terrific from the Valet, concierge and waiter and waitress taking care of us. The atmosphere was grand and we are definitely coming back next year. Aloha Charles
