If you visit Loire Castles sleep in one at a reasonable price! Park location surrounded by lots of green - elegant atmosphere and comfortable beds - big bathrooms! Restaurant tasteful and almost fit for fine dining! Absolutely recommendable!

The Chateau is a beautiful old building thats looking a little tire around the edges, but none the less an excellent place to stay. It is situated just South of Tours, but easy to get to by car, an excellent stopover for travellers going North - South through France. The grounds are extensive and lead down to a pretty little river, a great place to stay if you have your pet with you. The grounds and the main building are wonderful, as is the drinks terrace and the dining terrace, a must if you are staying for the evening meal. There are two menus options, three or four courses for 47 euros or 57 euros. The food is excellent, French fine dining, except that the main course was served just about warm enough and on cold plates, this needs attention. We throughly enjoyed our stay, a small luxury experience after a hard days driving from the South. The bedrooms in the Pavilion are fairly standard/basic but do have wi-fi, shower and bath plus air con. As travellers, we could do with some tea and coffee making provisions to start the day off with, as the formal breakfast does not always suit those who need to get back on the road early the next day. As mentioned before, the main course food was not hot enough. The tatty torn cushion on the drinks terrace needs to be sorted out.

We stayed here for one night on a long drive through France, and booked an evening meal in their dining room. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning (in the Chateau) and had superb views across the gardens. The evening meal was tremendous! Highly recommended. The staff were charming and friendly, and spoke English when they realised our French was a bit basic. We will stay here again I hope

We picked this hotel due to the proximity to the city centre of Tours and the beautiful grounds and gardens. We went through many room and date changes but, Estelle, our host made everything possible to accommodate us, to have the rooms together. She kept a constant communication with us and we were so happy. Thank you Estelle, we are looking forward to meet you in person.

WARNING: BEDROOMS. We were very disappointed in our room. The listing shows a beautiful red bedroom (the ONLY picture of a bedroom in the chateau, so you reasonably assume this is what you'll get, or an equivalent. It is a chateau, after all.) NOT SO. This misrepresents the situation. Apparently the chateau & its "pavilion" (annex) has several categories of bedrooms. Do NOT imagine your room will be like the picture. Almost all bedrooms are smaller (maybe half the size - or less) & may not have all the amenities listed. To stop misleading clients, the listing needs clear labelled photos of EACH room category. The Chateau building outside is beautiful, and the grounds are too. The staff are professional. spacious parking.

Très bon restaurant gastronomique à prix très abordable , une très bonne table à partager en famille ou entre amis . Très beau cadre et bon service. Menu à 35 euros le midi , verre de vin 10 euros. Faites vous plaisir dans ce cadre exceptionnel ! Bon appétit !
