Really strategic location,surrounded by the makan2 port,the view is spectacular,room really spacious..the only things is got spotted a bit spoiled about cleanliness,the kettle got rusty stained and it’s really terrible condition🥲the window got so many fingers printed and it’s oily some more it’s really spoiling the veiws…the blanket look a bit old style,it a bit itchy..hope the cleanliness got improvement time to time😇

Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Very friendly and polite staff in the hotel from receiption, restaurant, security guards to the housekeeping team. Good job everyone. 2. The room is neat and tidy. Sufficient towels and amenities are provided. 3. Operator/receiption answer the phone call within three rings 4. They have promotion set meal at rm20 each which is affordable.

All good except that the aircon can’t be adjusted, always stay at 26.5C, I was perspiring in the middle of night. Toilet was also not cleaned thoroughly, stanch of urine smell present from the earlier occupant. Other than the above, all good. Breakfast range was commendable. Hotel is next to KSL City Mall, many massage outlets to choose from. Strongly recommended for convenient stay in JB.

Capri is just directly behind the custom and there was a massive jam just to drive to the hotel. Just a 5 mins drive took me 1hr plus to turn to the hotel. The carpark is a maze. Even with directions, you would be confused. The room was clean just that that's a pungent smell in the toilet - literally a smell of a baby spoiled diapers in Room 1001. Feedback upon checked out. Hope they do something to it. There isn't anything to eat, so you will have to drive out to eat each time. Unless you don't mind the cafeteria downstairs. Otherwise be prepared to hit the jam over and over again. Highly likely will not stay over at Capri again due to the location.

Stayed in the newly renovated and expecting a good and positive stay but -.-z Requested for babycot and this is what exactly I received just babycot with no mattress 🙃 How do I even placed my newborn baby in without any mattress and not able to shift it up. It is unreachable to even place my baby there. The room and bed was so dusty that I can’t even have a good sleep on my 1st night. Non stop runny nose flowing to start my day. Called for in-room dining and took so long to answered the call. Call was being transferred for more than 3 times. Ordered and waited for 1hr + for the food that never came. Tired of waiting so I cancelled on the orders. Breakfast spread was ok nothing much.

Buen día estaba en Kesihatan Campus Hostel ...por 2 noches .. Es realmente sucio y no higiénico así .... Realmente La comida es muy pequeña porción.. !! Por favor nunca se quede allí.. Pagar por 10 días Rm 1000...is realmente tan diferente.. La habitación es totalmente inmueble.. También baño y baño.. También muy sucio ...... Pagar la diferencia es RM500.. Millesime Hotels 3 estrellas en JB por noche es RM 150 neto = 1500 por 10 días Qurentin.. El campus del albergue es RM 100.nett = 1000 por 10 días Qurentin ... No TV. No toalla ... Y es tan DAM Dirty como Well ... PARA TODOS LOS PUEBLES DE Singapur A JB PARA QURENTIN ... PLICÁS NO ESCOLEGE AL HOTEL CAMPUS .... RESULTAD DEFINITIVAMENTE DESAPINADO ...... TRUST ME ... El tercer día que llegué a la tarde en el Hotel Millesime en JB.. El almuerzo que sirvieron es SUPERB y DELIOS ... Todo Y la comida es caliente.. Buen trabajo 👍 Cuatro días mi desayuno estaba bien ... La por supuesto definitivamente mejor que el campus Hostel Alimentación allí ... Los servicios del Millesime Hotel JB fueron tan sólo .... Creo que este Millesime Hotel ha estado funcionando durante cuatro años por ahora ... Mi La sugerencia tiene que hacer Alot Alot de Touch up en la habitación.. En todas las áreas.. Anteriormente el trabajo de construcción ... No hizo bien en el sitio de construcción ... Espero que puedan mejorar este Hotel Millesime en JB. Pero el gerente de F&B Sr. Shah fue muy amable y cuida de persona y trata de hacer lo mejor que los requisitos del cliente ... This is my 6th stay in Amari Hotel. We did a 3 Days & 2 Nights Stay over here. We were well received by the hotel staff as per usual. The service and ambience did not failed us at all. But we find that the hotel room which we are staying is near to the lift but l find it a bit cramp especially the door passage way which leads to the room. The toilet was a bit smaller than what l have expected it to be. And the flushing system has a bit of issues at times. But for the overall ambience of the hotel reception was good as it was beautifully decorated with the Christmas festive mood and the experience was perfectly good and fine. Both my mum and myself like it so much which also makes us come back here once again for our JB StayCation on an often basis. We have enjoyed the breakfast for the 2 mornings too. We will consider to be back for our next stay once again very soon. Thank you for having us once again.

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

This hotel is old and rundown but offers budget-friendly rates for travelers. It used to be a 4-star establishment but has since dropped to 2 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

My family and I have been stayed in pulai springs for many times. We enjoy the swimming pool so much because it is big. However the pool that has slide was not clean enough. Actually the hotel generally look good externally and internally, but sadly the room, if you really look into it, can see that they should put effort to maintain the rooms. the toilets need to undergo major cleaning. There were stains on the walls, floor, basins and toilet bowls. Some areas of the rooms floor were dusty. The wall decorations were dusty too. The sofas really need new cover. Mostly torn and stained. The breakfast buffet spread was tasty this time. Last time i came it was not delish. Hope they consistently prepare delicious foods. The construction along the pulai springs entrance was quite disturbing. The dust and the uneven road surface might affect or damage visitors' vehicles. The staffs there were friendly and helpful too.
