We had a truly wonderful one-night stay at YIQIYIHUI (一期一会)! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Location-wise, it was perfect — peaceful yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary mineral water, fast Wi-Fi, and the super comfy bed! Would highly recommend YIQIYIHUI to anyone visiting Johor Bahru. We can’t wait to come back again for a longer stay!

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

Aquí para celebrar mi cumpleaños bf, y fue sorprendido con un pequeño pastel cuando nos entró en la habitación. El hotel era muy espacioso y limpio, el personal también son muy amables. Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía allí y definitivamente volveremos!

The hotel has a great location – HDL is just downstairs and City Square is right across the road, making it very convenient. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I was quite disappointed with the swimming pool. It was not well-maintained, with visible algae making the surface very slippery and unclean. We arrived at the hotel around 6pm, but only one of our rooms was ready. We ended up waiting until 9pm, and it was only after I made a phone call that we were informed the second room was ready – there was no prior update. Additionally, we requested extra towels which were never delivered.

No hay nada que decir para este hotel, excepto un gran hotel. Grande comida. Están en medio de la renovación de sus habitaciones. Muy agradable habitación.

Love the remote location away from the regular tourist hotels located in the city centre. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was impeccable, and it was definitely a comfortable stay. Many eateries and massage places nearby, including Aeon Mall. Midvalley is just a 15-minute drive away.

A excepción del acuario (que es demasiado pequeño y no tan grande como el Acuario de Shanghai), fui a los otros dos dos veces cada uno. Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. A chill quiet hotel to lepak and away from the crowd Room is generally clean and big. Plus points is the washing machine that I used to wash my clothes before I go back. Go back can rest, no need wash clothes. Amenities: I didn't use pool or gym as I stayed to lepak in room after I go out shopping till I drop. I also the type lazy to exercise, so I in room exercise on bed by watching TV and snacking. Service: the staff all very nice. They do their best to help you. I ask for hotel room amenities, and they send very fast game le. Location : far from all the busy malls and attractions. But I no complaint, peaceful away from people.
