Our first time staying at Z hotel. They has fufil our requests and we are grateful. The bed and pillow are comfortable in our opinion. It is very quiet and we hardly hear noises from the road maybe we are on high floor. Sound proof is a little bad from others closing door. It will not stop me from returning again. Its near the food street and a couple mins fr citysq.

New hotel and worth the stay, but for 1person hotel room is really small. Nearby Chinese foods also available in the area. At night 1 Indian restaurant is open just opposite the hotel.

My first time at Hako. The lobby very cozy and ambience was great. Once I reached my room, I feel so disappointed. The room is very dusty, the cup for drinking is full of dust, it seem like nobody clean up the room before letting customer to check in. The water pressure for bathing is terribly low and weak. Sigh!! There is no cup for brushing your teeth, you have to use the same drinking cup provided. One room key per room, cannot provided extra room key, that is very inconvenient for customer. Location wise very good, very near to all the Cafe & restaurant, walking distance.

La dama recepcionista (basada en su acento, probablemente es filipino) es muy amable, útil y amigable. Ella realmente merece un elogio porque es independiente y dura trabajando sola en su turno, aunque no fue muy ocupada durante los wkdays, pero durante la temporada de vacaciones escolares, puede ser un poco ocupada para ella .. Gracias por su duro trabajo! 👍 La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y se siente en casa. Por favor, considere esto . 🥲 Y los pantalones de la habitación son demasiado finos para que mis pies puedan sentir el suelo cuando caminan al lobby/baño, así que creo que hay que mejorar en eso . Todo lo demás está bien . La ubicación también está bien, incluso si no conducir .. El hotel dispone de una calle de la tienda de restauración y de un supermercado. La piscina es grande y con 2 eslidos de agua que tanto los adultos como los niños pueden disfrutar . Hay muchas sillas y mesas para los huéspedes para poner nuestras cosas mientras van a nadar, pero creo que su tiempo para reparar las escaleras especialmente en la escalera blanca y también algunos pisos alrededor de las escaleras porque hay roturas de tijeras/gafas que pueden causar lesiones . A la dirección, por favor, tome nota seriamente de ello, antes de que ocurra cualquier accidente .. El día siguiente, cuando fui a verlo, dijo que había pasado a la recepción. También merece elogio porque realmente fue a la milla extra para ayudar. Gracias ! 👍 En general, ha sido una gran estancia aquí. Volverá a estar de vuelta la próxima vez. Recomendado si estás buscando piscina con slides! 💙

Everything was perfect. We requested for quiet room  with the receptionist and she gave us the room at highest floor and facing the other side. It is really quiet and we gave good night sleep for 2 nights there. Totally won’t hear the noise from the pub beside. Within walking distance to the kastam. Easy to make a day trip to Singapore.

The hotel just put a note on the front desk to inform us that they'll be shutting down the air conditioning from 9 am to 12 noon tomorrow! This is during our stay, and we were not informed during my booking with trip.com. How am I supposed to endure the sweltering heat without air conditioning? The air conditioning was already pathetically weak during the night, and when I requested a fan, I was informed they do not have any fan. I had to resort to using my hand fan all night! I had to choose to checkout at 8am instead before they shut down the aircon. And if that wasn't bad enough, the chef at breakfast was downright rude. He was reluctant to even cook us a fresh egg, and when I asked if he could make me a fresh hot roti canai, he simply ignored me. Clearly, he was deliberately trying to avoid his responsibilities.

La habitación es decente y no es una ubicación ideal si quieres estar cerca de cualquier centro comercial, pero el e-hailing es relativamente barato para llegar a donde necesitas ir. Las habitaciones están en un apartamento renovado y no están en la mejor condición, pero es aceptable por el precio, alrededor RM230 para una reserva de fin de semana de último minuto. El tanque de agua caliente se extinguirá con el tiempo si toma demasiado tiempo una ducha. Hay un montón de restaurantes tailandeses que se abre tarde alrededor del hotel, así como dos tiendas de 24 horas de conveniencia.

The location is really convenient to jb central,but there is no free parking,parking rm20/days..room quiet big,the cleanliness really need to improve,the toilet bowl got stains,the dust is everywhere..the bathroom got so many black stain..overall,still ok to stay for a short stay👌
