Fantástico como siempre... otra vez sin decepciones. El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La habitación estaba impecablemente cuidada, ¡así que es un acierto!

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

The aircon not cold keep at 25c for about an hour and the room are so bad phone can’t dial 0 and when down to the counter receptionist ask me wait for the maintenance but the maintenance didn’t come for 30-45min and my bf go down to the counter ask to change the room . We try to call the hotline using the mobile phone but the phone can’t call Thur . The scan E -service can’t be use too . I am so disappointed. after a very long journey from Singapore and after attending wedding from morning was so tired wanna catch some sleep in KSL hotel but I can’t rest due to the room are so hot . Didn’t the housekeeping check the room after cleaning up the toilet water not working at all / the phone can’t dial !!! The refrigerator are not working !!! Tv remote no battery can’t press it !!! Why there are so many problem ? 20-16 and changed the room 22-11 tv remote can’t press / toilet water washing not working, Floor are sticky . Please if you are the one that go oversea staying , you also won’t wish this thing to happen to you are . I every week will be going over to jb and stay in ksl hotel and stay . I hope this thing won’t happen next time when I staying . Last last week also have the problem also change room . Matter be solve . Thanks Ms Hor

Room was super dirty. Found used make up under bed and smelly floor, showing the room was not properly cleaned. Asked staff for additional towel. Or even small one alsl cannot

The room amenities can be improved. The air conditioning system is quite difficult to operate. Overall it has been pleasant stay. I will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.
