⭐☆☆☆☆ A Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping & Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was too frustrating to ignore. Upon check-in, I discovered that the toilet light in my room wasn’t working. I tried calling the reception multiple times for assistance, but no one picked up. Left with no choice, I had to go down to the lobby to request a room change in person. When I spoke to a senior executive about the issue and questioned why there wasn’t a proper quality check after housekeeping, her response was dismissive and showed little concern. There was no apology or effort to address my frustration properly. I was eventually given a new room, but to my dismay, the toilet floor was dirty, with hair scattered all over—clearly not cleaned thoroughly. After a full day of back-to-back business appointments, I was hoping for a clean and restful environment. Instead, I was met with subpar cleanliness and poor service. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide decent hospitality.

Overall experience was good and satisfied. The location was good and easy to find local foods. Offer 20% discount at Thai Oddisey at 6th floor.

The hotel staffs are always very helpful and friendly. No questions ask when requesting for more towels and room slippers. Breakfast is enjoyable as they have staff to help you look for table. We have stayed here a few times for the past 8 years.

Location of the hotel is superb. It's just right across KSL mall. Staff was very accommodating during check in - we requested for a king bed and was told to wait an hour for our room to be ready. Our room was quite clean and very spacious. The only downside was that the shower gel and shampoo were in small bottles, not quite enough for 2 pax.

This is my second time stay in this hotel, room a bit run down.. overall is satisfying of the services , breakfast is good and pricing is attractive. A good stay in this hotel, like their bed very much firm and not too hard. Will come bad again if the pricing is competitive.

Beside KSL shopping mall, convenient. Staff was polite and helpful but when we check in kettle was wet and shower towel was smelly. The rest was fine
