«We stayed at KSL Resort Hotel Johor Bahru for 3 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of charging ports, a big smart TV, and everything we needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, as it’s connected to KSL Mall, making it easy to find food and do some shopping. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The refrigerator didn’t work properly — we had to call the front desk three times after checking in, and while it worked for a while, it stopped again the next day. We eventually gave up on using it. On the first day, when we returned to our room around 7:30 PM, it hadn’t been cleaned yet, so we had to wait about 30 minutes for housekeeping to finish. Overall, the room and location were great, but the maintenance and housekeeping service could definitely be improved.»

«It's my second booking within two weeks, the first booking was on 25 September 2025 for two nights the hotels it's location in the vicinity of amenities and overlooking the sea is Singapore . Morning breakfast was just good not very much of verity.»

However, the rooms are somewhat compact, and the breakfast buffet is fairly standard, lacking an eggs station. On a positive note, there's a lively pub adjacent to the hotel featuring good music, and Grab transportation is readily accessible.”»

«Our stay was overall a great experience! The room we ended up in was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view — we really enjoyed our time there. However, we weren’t informed in advance about the change of room, though the new room turned out to be fine. It would also be helpful if a more accurate pin location could be provided, as the address given wasn’t the exact one and we had to walk about 5–8 minutes to reach the condo. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and truly appreciated the beautiful view and comfortable stay.»

«Our family booked this hotel was a last minute plan and lucky there’s a room that’s still available even though it’s far from the hotel that we want. 1) the room doesn’t provided with iron and iron board we have to call them and took them like few minutes to picked our call. They send them after 30 mins late and we are late for our dinner. 2) the iron wire, the tape the wire and plugs with a black tape to cover it. So when I used to iron my clothes, it’s not proper working and also I feel a lil electric shocks and not continue to use it. 3) my toddler has a sudden fever and we called up the receptionist to inform about we wanted an extra small towel and they acknowledge it. We called them at 2am and waited until 4am and we called them back again and they send us one shower towel instead. Mind you I was freaking worried about my child condition at that time of point. 4) weeks decided to extend one stay for few hours and I was told that late check out is until 6pm and there for will be rm 70 ringgits. Another last minute plan changed, we decided to extend our stay until the next day but was told by one of the staff that we needed to book via Agoda apps to extend our stay instead of explaining saying that they csn deduct half of yhe amount instead of paying rhe full amount instead. Already disappointed 5) the channels tv doesn’t have YouTube like normal ksl does. 6) don’t have any menus for us to order food for last mins hungry at night and wanted to order food my sick toddler but we used grab instead 7) the toilet böle been hearing annoying things like krik2. Overall we don’t mind about location but the satisfaction wasn’t there at all 8) system to check in need to wait 15 mins at staff told us the system is lagging. What a waste.»

«I stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru and had a pleasant experience. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to KSL Mall and lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price and I would consider coming back again.»

«The beds are comfortable and toilet is clean(come with all necessary toiletries except lotion), but the two artworks/pictures hanging on the wall near the beds are not properly clean, and it blocked you from having a good position to lean on the wall to read or look at your handphone as the hanging positions are too low. The reception also took my identity card for registration and did not return to me on the spot. That's a bit scary even though they came to my room 1/2 hour later to return it while I was taking the shower.»

«Pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff at Ground Level were friendly and polite. Room was well equipped with necessities like toothbrush kit, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, water bottles, fridge. The TV also has Youtube/Netflix option. What was also nice is that they have 2 sinks - 1 in the toilet, 1 outside the toilet with a big mirror. It is incredibly convenient as we can prepare our mornings separately. Bedding is clean, towels smells fresh. Around the neighbourhood there is also KFC, Pizzahut, Tasixi Hong Kong Dimsum for breakfast, and nearby Aeon Mall for shopping/supermarket. Photos are some of the amentities within the hotel. Very lively.»

«We spent three days at Skytree JB House. This place is very convenient for shopping and food. It is surrounded by local food courts and restaurants. The Aeon Mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The prices are fair, and the food is also delicious. We tried many different dishes and desserts. We had a great time.»
