Unhappy and uneasy what could have happened to me as a single woman. I checked into the hotel and entered my assigned room at 10:15pm. Using the keycard, I saw 3 organized bags belonging to another customer, which observed to be a pair of men's shoes. I returned to the front desk, she apologized and she tried calling room service to ask why the room stated it was cleaned and the gentleman should have checked out that morning. No one responded to the phone. She stated she let her supervisor know of this situation. The front desk apologized again and upgraded my room to a queen suite. Still uneasy of entering the new room, I knocked first. The front desk called my new room and asked if I was safe in the new room. The suite was definitely worth the money, but, paying that much money for a small room, was not worth the price. I gave it 2 stars because of the front desk was the most helpful. Thank you

My wife and I took a business trip to Johns Creek Georgia from 8/23 to 8/25. When we checked in about 9 or 10 PM, we asked to make sure we had a quiet room. They gave us the envelope with the keycards with it open to show the attached paper with the breakfast hours and told us about the breakfast. Took the envelope with the keycards and went to the room. The room was average with tolerable issues. The toilet paper bracket was broken from the wall and stuck back on with loose wallpaper. So you always had to look for the toilet paper that ended up on the floor. Also, the tub faucet was pulled away from the wall and the tub had paint coating flaking off. Looks like they need a maintenance guy. This was not the issue. My wife left for a meeting the next day at 7:30 AM. My opportunity to relax and do some reading. Well 9:30 or 10 AM, that ended. All of a sudden it sounded like someone was jackhammering the room next door. The room started vibrating and the noise was so loud I had to call the front desk. When I was talking to the front desk, I told her I had to hold my other ear so I could hear her on the phone. She said she heard the noise and nothing she could do. I asked why did you not put us on the other side of the hotel or tell us that we were in a construction zone room area. She stated I should have reviewed both sides of the keycard envelope to read about the construction. So I took the keycard envelope and looked at the other side. Behold, on the other side a piece of paper stating “Please Note, our hotel is under construction”. I asked why didn’t you tell us verbally about the construction noise starting in the morning instead of hiding it on the keycard envelope? She said it was my responsibility to review everything on the keycard envelope. I can see why they handed you the keycard envelope open so you will not read about the construction. Good trick. Anyway, my wife got back at noon and there was no quiet time in that room. So we packed and went to the desk so we could check out and move to the hotel next door (along with other people in line). The counter lady said she would put a note for the manager to call us about a refund for the night we did not stay. We went to the Hampton next door and got a room. A manager named Kendra called and was very nasty and arrogant. She said it was our fault for the construction noise and we were banned from staying at her hotel in the future. All I needed was a refund and maybe an apology that we did not have a good stay. Don’t worry Kendra, I have reported you and I will never stay at your hotel again. I will stay at the Hampton next door which has a much better room and the staff was excellent and friendly to us. Note - this was not scaffolding or painting noise, this was jackhammering noise and chainsaw noise.

Who ever is working on July 19, 2024 late night shift picks the phone up and leaves it while talking to his buddies. Worst customer service ever...what business answers the phone with just a simple hello... Where is the customer service.... The guy can care less and needs to be fired. You guys need to pay your staff better to avoid people like this guy. This guy needs to work at the dollar store and should not be working here as his customer service sucks. Who hired this guy.... I accidentally ordered 2 rooms from Priceline and Priceline would not let me cancel them being that it's from the same day. My flight at Atlanta international airport got cancelled and somehow the Priceline app shows me hotel 1 hour away. My mistake for not putting the address in the gps prior to booking as i specifically put Atlanta airport not north Atlanta.

The staff was excellent. In particular, Shannon Small on the front desk was friendly, engaging, and more than helpful. The room experience was poor. The pillows were terrible - practically no substance to them. We could hear the room next door having a very normal cell phone conversation. The doors, when shutting, could not avoid sounding as if they were slamming. We were trying to sleep in, but folks started leaving in the 5am hour. The shower pressure was bad. It took my wife double the time to shower to be able to wash her hair because the shower pressure was that bad. The rooms and facility were clean, but the in-room experience was terrible.

I stopped by to see if I could see the queen suite, prior to booking. From the photos, some rooms looked like they were renovated, others didn't. After asking the guy that came to the counter (chewing food) said, "sales could show you, but they aren't here." So, you can't just grab a key so that I make sure that the room is what I'm expecting before I book it. "No ma'am, no ma'am" chew chew. I swear the quality of person that I continue to encounter with the Hilton brand lately really leaves a lot to be desired. I wish I could pass this honor status to someone else that wishes to accept the mediocre to poor service that permeates this brand. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

I’ve seen hotels like this and they are not great. As I was walking on one of the floors, I saw mold on the walls. It might not be easy to tell but my job experience allows me to see these kinds of things. There is mold under the wallpaper. This is unexceptionable because visitors decide to put their trust to stay here and can walk out sick without even knowing why.

The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. We did have some issues with the room - nothing that caused us to request another room, but need to be addressed. The dead bolt did not lock, one of the outlets was loose and the plug easily fell out of the outlet, and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. The toilet handle stuck in the down position and the bathroom door, if left open even a little, would open all the way on its own and would block the exit. The AC worked but the fan could not be left on. The hallway carpet had multiple stains. We brought some of these issues up to the woman at the front desk, and she told us that the hotel is to be renovated in January. It certainly does need it. Also, they play music at the entrance of the hotel which is not needed and suggests a "party" hotel.

This hotel is kinda sad. I don’t understand why Hilton would put their name on this place. It’s definitely not Hilton quality. The location was convenient because I was in training and the office was just across the street. There are a few stores and restaurants also across the street, so you don’t have to go too far to eat or get supplies. The hotel was in fairly good condition; the lobby was clean and net, the grounds were well maintained. I got a room on the 5th floor all the way at the end, which I highly recommend. This was quiet because it was away from the elevators and the ice machine. It was noisy from time to time because it was right next to the stairwell. The room was in good condition, I didn’t see anything that needed repair or that was dirty except for 1 light that was out in the bathroom. I let the front desk know about the light and they said they would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and the comforter was clean, sheets were clean and they provided plenty of pillows. There was a desk, computer chair, lounge chair and ottoman. The TV was a good size and the thermostat was on the wall so it was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and tidy and they provided plenty of clean towels. Management called me to inform me that while changing the bathroom light bulb, they found ants. So they wanted to move me into another room and put me on the 3rd floor. This room was NOT good. It was much noisier and the water pressure was terrible. It would blast out at high, then slow down and trickle, then blast out again. The shower was horribly noisy; I turned on the water to take a shower and it sounded like a train was in the room. There were people stomping above me all evening and people slamming doors into the night. Again, one of the lights in the bathroom was out but by this time I stopped caring. The bed was squeaky, the fridge wobbled when you opened it, the heater was VERY loud and old fashioned and I started wishing they hadn’t moved me. A couple of nights went by and I went to lie down and there was a beetle in the bed. I informed management and they moved me again. This final room was even worse. The toilet handle was broken, the tub had chipping paint, the vents were filthy, the bed was lumpy, the sink made a glub glub sound all night long, the toilet ran all the time and the people next door were screaming at each other constantly. They did have a fitness center, which was nice and I did use. This place just needs a team of maintenance to go through all of the rooms and fix them up. And the lobby has a loose tile that you step on every time you walk through….SO ANNOYING! Somebody just needs to step up and take care of the place.

Had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately it was too short, would love to been able to stay longer. What really made my visit so great was Christen at the front desk! He greeted me by name before I was halfway to the desk! I felt like I was being welcomed by him into his own home! He was the friendliest person you would ever want to meet at a hotel while checking in. It was great speaking with him, and I told him how lucky the hotel is to have him on their team! The room was great, very nicely appointed and clean. Wish I could have had the breakfast buffet, it looked delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. And thanks a million Christen!!
