We stayed here for two nights while travelling along the GOR. The place is simply furnished, but everything you need is there. What is sensational is the location, views and the beach. The beach particularly is nothing short of breathtaking - miles of empty sand with virtually no one there. Bliss!

Despite the almost total lack of signposting and directions, we reached Johnna Cottage. It is wonderful! The setting affords a spectacular view of the valley and a glimpse of the sea. The interior is done to a very high standard ( 4 star!!), with hardwood floors, full kitchen, big comfy bed and linens, excellent bathroom, and a wall of windows to enjoy THAT view! We did not use it, but there was a ready wood burning stove ready to go! We were overjoyed with our stay and sad to leave. BY FAR the best choice of accommodation anywhere near amazing Johanna Beach.

We are one night in to our two night stay and don't want to leave! We keep on saying "I wish this was our holiday home". We are in the Glen View Cottage - it is so bright, modern, clean and comfortable with everything we need. The view out to the farm AND the ocean is so beautiful and peaceful, and the added benefit of access to a pool, garden and fresh eggs just make the experience even better. Such a wonderful place to bring our toddler too - he's never had such fresh eggs! Thank you, and we WILL be back.

Our stay at Johanna Seaside was truly enjoyable. With comfortable accommodations, breathtaking views, great hospitality, and a fantastic location, it’s a perfect place for a stray while you in the Great Ocean Road. The cottage was very well occupied from the kitchen to the BBQ, the fire place all is perfect condition and was prepared for us to come and easily feel GREAT during our all stay of 3 nights.
