We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jiuzhai Yunshang! Before we even arrived at the property, their team reached out to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of. The moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and offer absolutely outstanding views of the stunning surrounding landscape. The level of service here is truly amazing—the staff went above and beyond to make sure our family enjoyed every single moment of our stay. What really sets this hotel apart are the wonderful additional activities they offer. After a long day of exploring and walking through the national park, being able to wind down with horseback riding, incense making, painting, and visiting the local village made for the most relaxing and memorable day. We highly recommend Jiuzhai Yunshang to anyone visiting the area. It was the perfect home base for our family, and we will definitely be back again!

She showed up with warmth, attentiveness, and even prepared a soothing herbal tea herself. It wasn’t part of a checklist. It was instinct. It was heart. That’s the difference between service and hospitality. The rooms, the environment — all excellent. But what we will remember is how we were treated when it mattered most. Elegir el hotel adecuado es fundamental al viajar a Jiuzhaigou, ¡y la experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente fantástica! El detalle más considerado fue el agua potable gratuita e ilimitada. La altitud de Jiuzhaigou implica una gran necesidad de hidratación, y el agua embotellada en la habitación estaba siempre disponible para rellenar. También se podían conseguir botellas de tamaño viaje en recepción, muy prácticas para mantenerse hidratado durante las visitas turísticas. ¡El servicio de transporte a la zona turística fue increíble! El hotel ofrece un servicio regular de autobús desde y hacia la entrada de la zona turística de Jiuzhaigou, lo que evita la molestia de buscar transporte propio y facilita las cosas tanto por la mañana temprano como por la noche. Las habitaciones estaban sorprendentemente limpias, con la ropa de cama impecable y sin olores desagradables, y el baño estaba seco y sin manchas. Cada detalle estaba cuidado al máximo, lo que contribuyó a una estancia muy confortable. La sorpresa más agradable fue el paisaje montañoso circundante. Al abrir la ventana, se desplegaban montañas verdes que, envueltas en la niebla, parecían un cuento de hadas. Un paseo matutino o vespertino por los alrededores del hotel ofrecía vistas impresionantes de la exuberante vegetación, incluso más tranquilas que el propio paisaje de la zona. El servicio fue, además, cálido y atento. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Jiuzhaigou, ¡y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que vaya a Jiuzhaigou!

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

I give full scores to Conrad Jiuzhaigou after a satisfying getaway. The hotel features comprehensive amenities: spacious guest rooms with complete smart home equipment, a tidy indoor swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities blending ******* styles. Every public area is neatly decorated and impeccably maintained. All staff provide warm and sincere service, and I single out Vincent for his meticulous, proactive help during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful ranging from Western staples to distinctive local ******* cuisines. Surrounded by stunning natural scenery, the resort fully lives up to its premium brand, and I highly recommend it

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

The hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂 I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all. Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with the stay at vienna international hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem in jiuzhaigou. The hotel is at a fantastic location, it's only a five minutes shuttle ride to the jiuzhaigou tourist center. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the center, you have to take a taxi back for 20 Yuan, the hotel is very new and very clean with a beautiful foyer. I really like the room decoration. It's modern and calm. The bed, the beddings are at five star level. The room has a smart AI assistant, smart toilet, central heating and air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is limited for a four star hotel, but there's a noodle cooking station that will definitely be enough to fill you up. Excellent service from all levels of staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast buffet. I didn't use the free shuttle, but I saw that they use a nice 10 passenger van. There's a lot of eateries nearby, and the hotel restaurant gives a discount. The final point is that the room price is very reasonable. The hotel is a little set back from the main road so it's very quiet. I want to come back to jiuzhaigou because I want to stay at the Vienna international hotel. I wish I could find this hotel earlier. I recommend this hotel and you will enjoy it.

¿Cómo decirlo? Este es un hotel muy atento y distintivo. Como era temporada de lluvias, llegué en plena noche bajo un aguacero intenso con mis hijos, como si huyéramos de un desastre. El personal nos estaba esperando. El hotel está construido en la montaña y tiene una hermosa vista en comparación con otros hoteles. Ahora que has llegado a Jiuzhaigou, si no quieres quedarte en la habitación y quieres experimentar el contacto con la naturaleza, entonces esta es una muy buena opción. He viajado a muchos lugares con mis hijos y me he alojado en varios hoteles. Este no es el hotel más lujoso, pero es un hotel que puede brindarle los recuerdos y sentimientos más únicos. Todo el personal es muy entusiasta y hará todo lo posible para satisfacer todas sus necesidades razonables. El personal llevó a los niños a la montaña a recoger setas. Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.
