A special thanks to 小李 at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional—she even arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep
