Hemos planeado nuestro viaje al valle de Jiuzhaigou durante mucho tiempo. El B&B es una sorpresa inesperada durante el viaje. El ama de llaves es muy considerada y nos brinda muchos servicios de viaje. El propietario del B&B es muy amable y nos ayuda atentamente. Cuidamos a nuestras mascotas. Además, el B&B es el amor eterno de Jiuzhaigou. A unos 6 kilómetros del lugar pintoresco, cafeterías, supermercados y restaurantes son muy convenientes.

El ambiente es muy cómodo, la habitación está limpia, el jefe es muy amable y nos mejoró la habitación. La calefacción por suelo radiante también es súper cómoda y se ha organizado un automóvil especial para recoger y dejar de forma gratuita desde el área escénica de Jiuzhaigou.
Los gatos del B&B y un corgi llamado "Hanhan" son súper lindos y los niños los adoran mucho. La temperatura del agua de las aguas termales privadas también es muy adecuada. Después de caminar en la zanja durante un día, báñese por la noche para relajarse.

Overall stay is very good with friendly staff and reception.their breakfast is simple and good.the only thing is need to walk a little slope to reach the hotel.if u like dog and cat then is a good place for u because at the lobby area they had a poddle,corgi and a friendly cat roaming around

Malaysian, Visited on 17 till 19th NOV 24, total 3 days 2 night.
1) For young travelers looking for a homestay experience that feels less commercial but is friendly and unique, you can book this hotel, and you won't regret it!
2) As this is animal friendly homestay, my initial concerns about hygiene and cleanliness were eliminated immediately upon entering the lobby. There were no strange odors indoors or in the surrounding hotel areas, which was a pleasant surprise!
3) As the hotel is located behind a restaurant and the pathway to the entrance is a ramp. You can inform the hotel about your arrival time through WeChat, and they will come out to help with your luggage when you arrived. Good service and friendly indeed!
4) Honorable mention for their services and facilities:
a) They were happy to change/upgrade my room when I told them I booked the wrong type. (Only when there are other rooms available)
b) Other than floor heating, their toilet seat has a heating function too.
c) They can reserve the afternoon teatime set until you return back to hotel but must notify them one day in advance.
d) There is washing & drying machine available! Free to use for hotel guest!
These overall experiences were too good that it truly worth my time to give long review with photos. Keep up the good work!

This is a little gem in Jiuzhaigou area. Right smack in front of the romance show, lots of options to eat nearby. Room was comfy and warm. Cute little animals to play with in the Minsu. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I ever visit Jiuzhaigou!

I would give the service 6/5 if i could.
Finding it is a little bit hard, having to head up the hill, but they know this already and have someone around the area to assist.
Place is clean, and they provide all amenities without holding back. Quality of the amenities are really good.
If you do get the breakfast, it is a really homey cooked meal.
During our stay, they would put our breakfast as a takeaway if we didn’t have time to eat it, they helped us organise transportation. They really made our stay a ‘home away from home’ type feeling, which we did not expect in terms of how far they went for us.
Probably the most memorable, after they organised the bus, the hotel staff walked with us to the meeting spot, which was around 5 minutes from the hotel itself, just to make sure we would make it in time and that we had the correct bus (even provided extra food for the journey). Unbelievable service.
Should we return to Jiuzhaigou village area to see the valley, we will 100% return to this place. It is slightly further away than some of the other hotels we noticed that are close to the valley, but this one simply made our trip that much easier.

Really nice staff, clean room and room floor is made of wood with heater, which makes really confortable durring the winter. The hotel also provide free travel to JiuZaiGou Scienic Area. However, you still need to pay taxi to return to the hotel.
