Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). 這家温泉酒店，環境優雅，服務也周到。週中和家人一起過來體驗温泉順便過生日，管家很貼心贈送了生日蛋糕並趁我們吃飯的時間打印了我的照片放在房間還有生日賀卡。客房舒適，設施齊全，讓人徹底放鬆身心。成都周邊很不錯的一個度假酒店，夏天還會再來，推薦給追求品質與寧靜的朋友們。

成都之行的最後落腳點，以放鬆休閑為主。酒店選擇極其滿意。印象排第一的是服務熱情周到，每天都有新鮮水果，反映問題迅速而有效，衞生打掃及時乾淨，特別是前台葉小姐，全程幫助協調住宿事宜，不急不躁，點贊。二是酒店硬件很新，住宿幾天沒有任何其他酒店常見的老舊問題，房間隔音很到位，三是酒店温泉很不錯，是真温泉水，泡起來身上滑滑的。四是酒店餐飲值得推薦，早餐豐富而且味道很好，餐廳服務員知道低糖飲食的需求後，主動提供了黃瓜榨汁，吃了三頓晚餐，不論是火鍋還是炒菜，味道都非常滿意。總之，酒店真正讓我們感到暖心和舒適，下回成都之行還會選擇這裏。

位於成都金堂的這家索菲特酒店簡直是成都周邊寶藏度假聖地，環境優美，從成華區開車過來一個小時左右就能抵達。入住前一天管家violet打電話詢問並加了微信，瞭解到這次是紀念日旅遊，她提前佈置了酒店並送了一個小蛋糕。入住酒店後發現管家還特意打印了照片，很是驚喜，老婆很開心。酒店有很多活動例如頌缽音療、鹽療、香囊製作等活動。下次還會再來。

在近期的温泉酒店之旅中，體驗十分令人滿意。這家酒店服務優質，員工專業又友善。客房佈置得舒適而寧靜。而酒店提供的温泉服務更是一流，温潤的泉水幫助我在旅行後的疲勞得到了釋放。管家幫忙升級了房型，早餐豐富多樣，非常滿足我們的口味需求。整個入住過程非常愉快，感覺到了酒店細節上的精心打造與關愛。總體來説，推薦這家温泉酒店！
