Overall very good experience.Nice for big family with kids and elderlies.Relaxing pace and lovely ambience.Specially highlighting staff named Taylor and 小陈 who are attentive and professional. Love how genuine are them when communicating with the guest.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). 酒店在成都都市圈金堂境內，自駕一小時路程，交通便利。酒店園區規化合理、房間整潔乾淨、早餐豐富可口、温泉潔凈舒適、魚兒悠閑自在。是個假日週末避世休閑的好地方。園區內自栽桔子樹，果大果肥。我住的客户面向東邊，清晨起來正看着日出東方，霞光萬丈，蔚為壯觀，趕緊抓拍。哈哈哈哈哈

不是第一次入住這家酒店了，成都海泉灣美憬閣索菲特温泉酒店的入住體驗讓我倍感舒適。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，温泉水質清澈，泡完後整個人都放鬆了下來。工作人員及管家熱情周到，細緻的服務令人難忘。自助餐種類豐富，尤其是麪條哨子令人回味無窮。周邊環境優美，空氣清新，性價比很高，非常適合度假休閑。過兩天又來！

酒店的服務真的很棒，從禮賓服務開始，行李員非常的熱情開着餐車引導我們開車到入住別墅門前；大堂吧服務也很貼心，圍爐煮茶度過了一個輕鬆的下午；温泉中心的服務人員很有耐心，套餐包含的艾灸等不知道如何使用，詢問每一個温泉中心的服務人員都會貼心的把你送到下一個環節；橘餐廳用了晚餐，期間服務員上錯了一份小童套餐，因為和點的雞翅很像以為是自己點的餐吃掉了，結果雞翅上來發現是上錯了，這份小童套餐也沒有收費，酒店自己種的玉米榨成玉米汁，服務人員很熱情的給每位顧客奉上。這家店沒有很刻意做點評管理，也沒有管家追着客人要好評，但確實服務用心了。 當然酒店有該有的硬件設施水平，亮點是兩居房內的私湯天然氡温泉，泡了一下，本來咳嗽20多天也就不醫而愈了。 還會再來。

訂的 VR 房，一進房間就被床上用毛巾疊的可愛熊貓吸引，好有愛。小朋友很喜歡玩 VR，玩得很滿意。房間挺大，床很大隨便滾，設施還挺有質感的。酒店工作人員的服務都很好，客户體驗不錯。温泉的話，也是比較超預期，水質乾淨無異味，環境幽靜有氛圍感，三頓飯都在酒店吃的，菜品味道也做得不錯，食材新鮮。除了温泉我們還玩了划船、乒乓球，桌球等，休閑度假妥妥的，家人都感覺還想再來玩。
