The hotel is in a good location. We could walk to the night market every nights. The design of the hotel is great. We were surprised that all rooms were smart-room. The tea room and breakfast were also great. The best part was the service. All staff helped us out a lot. We didn’t speak Chinese and they helped us with anything we needed. We loved everything at this hotel. Highly recommended!

來這家酒店住宿，體驗感實在欠佳。
1，走進房間，撲面而來的是一股潮濕味，屋內看起來臟臟的；
2，吵，巨吵，非常吵。房間隔音極差，也沒有隔音玻璃，陽台還未封閉，好幾個空調外機就在旁邊嗡嗡作響。正下方是個早餐店，早上六點多就開始有人大聲交談，吵得根本沒法睡覺。
3，前台工作人員的服務態度很好，非常熱情周到。
4，但整體來説，酒店房間的衞生和隔音狀況與我的預期相差甚遠，實在難以給出好評。

訂單寫的11入住，我們三點半到了還沒有房間，一直讓等到4點十分，很差勁，早飯也很差就是街邊小餐館，我們一早要去高鐵站，不好約車，聯繫他們給他們付錢他們都不送，理由是車都用於包車了，屋裡很潮濕，很不好的體驗！

離夜市很近，不要去告莊吃飯，人很多吃的也一般
後面的夜市吃的很好
服務一般，説好有衣服裙子的，結果大小都不合適
游泳池很臟，很小的民宿，沒有照片上宣傳的那麼美
智能語音也一般，房間沒有換氣扇，屋裡空氣很差
被褥也不乾淨，過年價格也真的是高，總之性價比很低
如果有別的選擇儘量選擇別的民宿或者酒店
離高鐵很近，15分鐘車程

春節期間，帶着媽媽和女兒到西雙版納遊玩，在攜程眾多酒店名宿中，選中雲棲藝宿洞穴房，女兒非常喜歡，每次出門就直接坐滑梯到一樓，床品是乳膠的，睡眠質量很好，酒店前台隔壁就是早點店，對於玩出遊玩的朋友來説特別方便，這次連續住了三天，體驗感不錯～前台小姐姐和小哥哥的服務態度也很好，推薦給大家～

房間帶個小陽台，有桌子有椅子可以沏茶小憩，房間內也有茶葉提供，推拉門有沙簾，穿上雲棲免費提供的傣裝室內拍照也出片，淋浴間衞生間洗漱區三區分離，兩張一米五大床睡得寬敞舒服，廁紙心相印的，也有擦耳朵的棉簽護理包，牙具也挺好，街景房不如園景房安靜，關好門窗影響不大，地點超好和孔雀樓隔街相望，早餐和小籠包合作，五種套餐選擇，選的小籠包白粥和雞蛋腸粉白粥，兩種小鹹菜免費。

感覺很不錯，前台小哥哥很有耐心～我們幾個朋友一起來玩，最開始住的親子房，四個人完全夠住，我朋友走之後自己定的大床房，環境真的很不錯，店家態度也很好，弄丟東西也會及時歸還，店內有泳池，有免費的傣裝打卡拍照，旅遊很不錯的選擇
