帶爸媽來逃年，很棒的體驗，第二天訂不到家庭房了前台王經理還協調升級了，讓兩個長者不用換房間了。酒店還提供了去温泉的接駁車，但接駁車上去的空間太窄，第一天中午膝蓋就狠狠磕到了卡在入口的鋼板（後來媽媽也磕到了只是沒我嚴重），軟組織挫傷了腫了一大塊，衹能歇酒店了，不過好在酒店熱情又買葯又送水果，離開的一天（大年初一）還驚喜地送花。酒店的設施很贊，早餐品種多，家庭房空間很大，還享受了温泉。下次還會再來。

優點是離開高鐵嘉善南站近，打車12元。不會開車也能輕鬆高鐵遊的親子度假地。酒店隔壁樓棟就是温泉，中型規模，還帶個小型室內水樂園，適合孩子玩。對面還有個花海樂園裡可以逛逛。適合度假2日遊。離開車程半小時是西塘古鎮。工作日去的，房間給免費升級到四季酒店的行政温泉房。温泉酒店和四季酒店都是在四季酒店check in的。房間乾淨，大，朝南。早餐自助也過得去。度假區裏有不少吃的。午餐可以去温泉對面的牛肉湯年館、拉麪館，也有小超市。晚餐我們去了温泉二樓“蓮塘秋”中餐廳，價格適中，炒菜做得很地道！飲料吧免費，大眾點評還有套餐。我孩子對中餐相當滿意。週末還有自助餐供應！缺點就是樓層隔音不好，除了大品牌五星酒店，國內酒店樓板都不夠結實。我住在頂樓，隔壁孩子在房間跑來跑去聽得一清二楚，手機短訊來電音都聽得很清楚。隔壁和樓上是不是住着年齡小的孩紙。看運氣吧。另外，酒店前台和大堂服務員服務很專業，處理事務很熟練迅速。這點比較驚喜，也非常滿意！温泉女湯更衣室裏的阿姨也比較熱心。就是接駁車的司機，還有温泉前台的幾個工作人員感覺冷臉，也沒有禮貌用語，有待培訓！

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

偶遇颱風加訂一晚，原房型沒有了。嫌搬行李試着給前台説，前廳徐經理解原房型確實預訂滿了，然後很體貼的安排了同樓層，直接正對面的房間，簡直不要太方便，就像沒有搬過行李一樣。為方便大家代收包裹，服務好的沒話説，必須五星好評？

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative
