The hotel is beautiful. My room had a great view. It's quiet and serene. The staff speaks English and they are very polite and very helpful!
The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is incredibly new with amazing facilities. Although it is an hour drive to the main attractions of the Qiandao Lake, it is an incredibly scenic drive - and the hotel is amazing for the price. Elaine provided us excellent service at the counter and will take care of all your needs! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Our family had a great time at this fabulous hotel. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay very much swimming in the pools overlooking the hotelfront scenic lake and mountain views. Special thanks to Alisa for her kind assistance and Dodo for his hospitality.

Great place to stay if you want some peace and quite away from the bustling city, they offer western and chinese for breakfast, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean. We really enjoyed our staycation in this hotel ❤️.

The stay at the Crowne Plaza Thousand Island Lake was amazing. My friends and I were treated to great service and care. The staff is helpful, the food is Western and Chinese, the bar is good and the view is spectacular.
