Shaxi Ancient Town Lanyue Homestay

2024.09 We discovered a charming new homestay in Shaxi, conveniently located within walking distance of Shaxi Ancient Town, the filming location for the drama series "Meet Yourself 去有风的地方." During our visit, we noticed many tourists capturing photos at the various shooting locations, adding a lively atmosphere to the area. Unlike Dali Ancient Town, Shaxi feels less commercialized, which enhances its authentic charm. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying a marvelous mushroom hotpot at Tea Horse Road; it was definitely worth every penny. The flavors were exquisite, and the experience was truly memorable. Our room was clean and well-equipped with modern bathroom amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, one minor discomfort was that the toilet did not have a door, which might be a consideration for some guests. The owner of the homestay was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They brewed a delightful welcome tea for us and provided hot milk, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, they assisted us in arranging transportation from Shaxi to Lijiang, making our travel plans much easier. 民宿很乾凈。和攜程的官方照片，圖實相符。推薦的。老闆娘很美，第一天上班晚上上吐下瀉，整個人都不太好，老闆娘送了熱粥，非常貼心。 民宿在古鎮外圍，車子可以開到門口接送。 週五趕集市，民宿過去很近！ 關於交通，如果坐大理沙溪55塊的大巴，走過來七八分鐘。如果大理沙溪80的接送車，可以直接送門口。
