I have not stayed because, when i arrived they have offered me a non a/c room which was pre-occupied(r no 109) for 2 hours and said will shift you to (r no 111) after that, when i denied they showed me (r no 110) which was smelling badly. Then they showed me (r no on 3rd floor) which was also in bad condition while opening the room the manager/caretaker spared something from lizol bottle to freshen up, was not sufficient. So we decided not to stay and requested the customer care to make arrangements, the customer care officer said to call me back after discussing with senior and we waited for 1 hour and had to make self arrangements.
