The place is on the fourth and last floor accessible by elevators, spacious, with two rooms and large terrace for outdoor dining with side sea view. Adjustable air conditioning for each room with electric heating, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and mosquito nets for those like me who can't stand mosquitoes. Well insulated from the noise and heat thanks to new fixtures and electric awning in the terrace. We take care of it to make it practical and cozy. The 'apartment can accommodate up to six guests thanks to two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has space for a crib.
