They are friendly and beautiful - we love their visits and hope you get to also. You may also see other wildlife local to the area, such as lizards. Keeping the doors/windows open will encourage lizards and pests to come inside. We do treat the house regularly to keep them out. PETS: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, not to exceed 2 dogs (cats are not allowed). A $200 pet fee will be applied to the price. SECURITY CAMERA/RECORDING DEVICE: Front smart doorbell & front camera monitoring the driveway with video/audio capability. Minut noise monitor inside. The devices will be on during your stay - we will not be actively monitoring the devices but receive alerts.
