Está justo enfrente de la tienda libre de impuestos Shilla. Hay mucha comida cerca y transporte conveniente. Estas son ventajas. La habitación básica me reservaba pensando que la habitación era muy pequeña n todo lo demás normal, algo que no me molesta.
La habitación era muy confortable, pero no se había podido encontrar en el baño.
Después de la barbeada, todo el baño está húmedo!
La puerta de baño utiliza botones motorizados abiertos y cerrados, por lo que fue bastante perturbador para la otra fiesta en medio de la noche.
El interruptor de luz para el baño y en cualquier otro lugar está en la cama, en el otro lado de la habitación desde el baño.
La televisión estaba montada en un ángulo terrible que sólo una persona lo vio.
El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. In other hotels, bed sheets are usually changed, but here they were not. It was stated that smoking is prohibited in all rooms, yet the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes.

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Their ability to speak English and Japanese is especially useful in a country where English isn't widely spoken. We'll definitely be returning here time and time again.

Limpieza: La limpieza de la habitación es bastante buena, excepto algunas manchas viejas en el sofá. Otras partes están bien.
Instalaciones: Todo tipo de instalaciones de vivienda son completas, incluida una lavadora, un secador de pelo y la habitación tiene calefacción por suelo radiante, que es muy cálida. 酒店靠近機場，大概十幾分鐘的車程。我們是晚上快十點的飛機到的，初次來到濟州島，人生地不熟，還不會韓語，有酒店接送機真的是超級棒 👍
酒店整體環境OK，是在一棟公寓樓裏，房間的配置也如同公寓般，還有燃氣灶可用。房間內櫥櫃也很多，可以存放不少物品。廚裏還有碗筷，臨走的時候才發現，都可以自己燒麪條吃了 😋
客房配的是地暖，感覺比空調要舒服，特別適合光腳踩地，超暖和。熱水控制面板是韓語，問老闆，給了中文版的照片，這就一目瞭然了。老闆是中國人，很親切很熱情。下次再來，還會選擇這家 👍

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide.
The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating.
Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Fantástico
JjiahuuuuiiiI had a pleasant stay here. It is conveniently located around convenience stores, restaurants and fast food. Jeju airport is 15-20 mins away. There’s a few bus stop around the accommodation too.
The view was perfect. You could hear and see the wave. Not to forget the host are sooooo nice. The host explained everything clearly.
Would love to come back again in the future! 10/10

Entorno: Nuestra habitación podía ver el mar y veía dos atardeceres.
Servicio: Hay un chico guapo en la recepción que no habla chino pero puede comunicarse en inglés. El tío también tiene una muy buena actitud de servicio y puede ayudar a llamar un taxi. Hay una tienda de conveniencia de CU y autobuses abajo. , hay autobuses. Tiene acceso directo a ambos lugares y la proporción de sexos es muy alta. ¡Elegiré quedarme allí la próxima vez que vaya! !

1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.
Pros:
4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

The housekeeping services at Hotel Champion are top-notch. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, which is always a major plus in my book. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. I particularly loved this little touch, as it allowed me to start my day right with a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the lovely views from my window. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need. Additionally, there’s a delightful coffee shop only three minutes on foot, perfect for grabbing a tasty treat or enjoying a leisurely afternoon break. In summary, Hotel Champion is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jeju City. GGunnar AustinThe prices here are fantastic. There’s no denying that. But you get what you pay for, and even with such a low price, I would never stay here again.
Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency.
Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine)
Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind.
I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere

JJUOKEs genial dar un paseo por la playa de Tapdong.
No había ningún servicio de hotel.
Por suerte, está Olive Young al lado del hotel, así que es bueno comprar las cosas que necesitas.
El mercado Dongmun y la roca Yongduam están a 10 minutos a pie. Caminé todo el camino, pero hacía mucho calor en verano;
El hotel parece viejo, pero la cama y el baño estaban bien.
El mar exterior también es muy bonito.
Necesito cambiar la olla eléctrica. Quería comer una taza de ramen, pero no pude usarlo debido al estado de la olla eléctrica.
Puedo ver por qué hubo tantas críticas mixtas.
No puedes esperar limpieza... solo ven para la gente que quiere dormir jaja.

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es bastante rígido con el horario de check-in. Estrictamente a las 3 de la tarde, ni siquiera 10 minutos antes. La barrera del sonido es mala: se pueden escuchar pasos de truenos y movimientos de muebles desde arriba todas las noches, y gente hablando mientras pasan por las habitaciones. Nos alojamos 5 noches, no cambiaron sábanas limpias en todas partes. En general la estancia estuvo bien. No hay nada espectacular que felicitar, pero la próxima vez elegiré quedarme en otro hotel.

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
