The hotel, restaurant, and rooms were good and the service was exceptional. However, I was disappointed to find the pool out of service during my stay, with no sun loungers available to enjoy the rooftop. I had specifically chosen this hotel to relax and unwind, but it took 48 hours to make the rooftop functional. This was frustrating, especially since I couldn’t access the beach either, which made the trip to Jeddah feel somewhat unfulfilling. Not the standards from Rosewood Hotels.

I had a pleasant experience at this lovely hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist was not only kind and professional but also took the time to recommend sights to see in Jeddah, which I appreciated. My room was on the sixth floor, classified as the most basic option ( Superior queen bedroom), yet it was surprisingly spacious with a nice partial view of the sea. The standout staff member was Mr. Gobal, the butler, who was incredibly dedicated and helpful. He thoroughly explained all the room's amenities to me. My room was prepared to be feather-free, and I didn’t have to wait for this service like in other hotels. It was well-equipped with numerous thoughtful extras, and the bed was very comfortable. Although it wasn’t a suite, there was a fruit basket, a box of cookies, and provisions for hot drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary cleaning cloth for my glasses, which Mr. Gobal noticed I needed. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent. Room refreshments were offered multiple times a day. I also tried the room service, which had a wide menu, and the food was delicious. Whenever I called the staff, they were exceptionally courteous. I enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch buffets, which featured a great variety of tasty dishes. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I would love to return to enjoy the hotel’s outstanding services for a longer period. Thank you Rosewood Jedda 😊

Very nice experience, started from the entrance, doorman’s and bellman very welcoming and professional Front Desk anas is very professional, all standard was done, very smooth check in, answered all our questions about the city, great hotel to stay , breakfast was great and service was excellent, dinner was great as well, glad we booked rosewood totally recommend it if you are looking for 5 stars service

Finest hotel in Jeddah for business or leisure. Be sure to book a suite on the Red Sea side of the hotel, above the 7th floor for best views of waves crashing on the shore. For business, this hotel offers fantastic butler service, Mr. F., from Egypt, is your man for express laundry, housekeeping and arranging travel and off-property needs. Coffee and tea available 24/7 on the ground-floor with sweeping views of the corniche. Best of all - Chef Raymond at the 1st floor restaurant, will start your day off with a friendly greeting, custom made omelets, fried eggs, French toast, or pancakes! The best in town! If you are looking for a great hotel in Jeddah, and the best value, book the Rosewood Jeddah Hotel, your satisfaction is guaranteed by the hard working staff and management. We attended New Years Eve party at the Rosewood Hotel, having only booked the day before the staff were incredible helpful in ensuring we had a table for the NYE dinner. The service was good and the food was excellent. They tried really hard to ensure everyone had a good time - which we did. The roof lounge offers great views of the Cornish. thank you

Here is a summary of my two night stay, based on a maximum score of 10” Bed comfort 10. Nice mattress, high grade sheets Room Lighting 6. Awful master control panel by the bed, with the screen so badly lit, you cannot see the options A/C: 7 It can bet very cold, but the problem is that there is no actual temperature setting. Just low, medium, high TV Channels 10 Many languages, many programs Shower 2. The shower handle does not fit the holder. You have to hold it the whole time or if you manage to jam in the holder, it will spray the walls. Also, the shower door would not close fully. Toiletries 6 The content of the items are good. However, everything is in tubes, like toothpaste, and difficult to use. Also, most hotels have by now switched to large dispensers to avoid plastic waste, but not in this property. Breakfast 7 Modest selection. Not really like a five star hotel buffet. The express was good, but I think the machine is on a different level and it takes them a good while to bring it. There are no small spoons for the yogurt containers or for boiled egg on the counter. You have to ask for them Location: 8 On the sea, with partial sea views. Nothing walkable in the neighborhood other than a strip mall with 5-6 coffee shops. There is also a Starbucks across the street. Outlets & Charging 7 Very odd that some outlets were Europe standard, while others were UK standard. No USB ports anywhere Welcome Fruit basket 10 Nice variety of fresh fruits. If you have stayed other Rosewood hotels, you will note that this one does not live up to the standard. Soon there will be Raffles next door. When it opens, I would give that one a try.

The food is sumptous, we had a great dinner celebrating our 1st anniversary, they prepared our table in very elegant way!!! I would like to say thank you to our very friendly server mirhama and to all of the staff they are very welcoming.

All the staff were polite and their warm welcome make our dinner great and the food is amazing. The variety of food was excellent (International Buffet, Italian, Seafood👍😊👍 I will always select this Hotel for any vacation in the future. For sure, any birthday, anniversary or any fruitful occasion will be celebrated in this restaurants. Good staff. Thanks to Roderick, Merham, Islam, Mr Hamdy and Sharyaht for this wonderful experience.
