The girl in reception attitude is not good. She ask me to wait 15 mins for no smoking room , but 20 mins passed while I ask by myself , she kept me waiting and waiting, at last give me the still smoking room 😡😡😡😡😡

Was told to hold as non smoking room wasn’t available only got to check in at 5 instead of 2

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be good value, especially considering how expensive Saudi Arabia can be. Jeddah is a sprawling city that kind of lacks a centre, with everywhere only being accessible by car, therefore the location is as good as it can be really. There was a street with some restaurants and a small supermarket about a 15 minute walk away, although it was sometimes a bit tricky to cross the busy highway. The staff at check-in were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, shower hot and powerful and wifi strong. Only critiques would be that there is a lack of plug sockets by the bed and the plug in the bathroom didn’t fit properly, meaning the water drained out easily, both very minor issues. Overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again if I were to return to Jeddah.

It’s a nice place, so spacious and comfortable.

After I stayed last time at this hotel and really enjoyed my time here so I decided to book again but unfortunately I had a rough time to check in as the guy in the front desk charge me again with the same amount of money that I payed at the application as he stated that the problem is the reservation didn’t show up in his screen and he didn’t apologise to me for the inconvenience I think it’s enough for me and I maim my decision not to stay here anymore
