Great place to stay for one night. Hassle free check in. Friendly staff. Very private. Great location.

A little dicey on determining the correct entry to take to access parking lot and front lobby and check in desk is not covered with a weatherproof roofing enclosure to offload your luggage. Lobby fully handicap accessible with long ramp but door has to be opened by personal working the front desk. Once inside and parked it is a solid three star lodging facility with restaurants and cocktail lounges, and grocery stores available in immediate vicinity. Handicap rooms in this pet friendly hotel are warm and inviting and the continental breakfast includes Waffles and standard continental fair items.

It’s old and musty, first floor is actually below the parking lot or “garden level” which I don’t think is safe. But the real problem is the management. I stayed for a long weekend and they double charged me for no showing on a second reservation. While I was staying with me. The manager wouldn’t speak directly with me at all, it took me calling 20 times a day for 5 days straight before I could even get someone to answer to resolve the issue. And they still charged me $35 in cancellation Fees for a reservation I didn’t make. I was already staying with them, and not one employee or manager thought to check if there was some kind of mistake. I called Wyndham corporate and they only had proof of my original reservations, so how did this second one get made? I didn’t make it but they still charged me and i had to really fight to get even a Portion of my money back. They refuse a total refund because I no showed. I was already there, I didn’t make a duplicate reservation, how could i have possibly cancelled a reservation I didn’t Know existed? Terrible service and a shady manger. They also own the quality inn in Janesville, so I wouldn’t stay there either. I’d sooner sleep in my car, cheaper, cleaner, and safer.

We stayed at 3 Super 8’s across the country on a long road trip and this one was my favorite. New clean carpet and things in the room like coffee, soaps, cups, etc. We brought our dog and had no issues with that either. Busy area - lots of restaurants close by.

The lobby was on the side and hard to find. However, beyond that, the hotel was good. Rooms were small, but clean and updated. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. It was a good hotel for the price.

Bathroom & our beds had hairs all over in them. We were given 1 towel for 4 people to shower. Room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was $126 for a disgusting filthy room. The noise in this sketchy area goes on all night so we got no sleep. The bolts on the toilet were coming out so you had to sit carefully. This is one of the worst.

Maintenance doesn't maintain; housekeeping is good, clean; breakfast is a laugh and the coffee rivals dirty dishwater. Parking is difficult. Hard to get the temperature stabilized in the room. Car wash is very noisy.

Thankfully only had to stay one night! It was comparable between staying the night in a kitty litter box and a smoked filled tavern. Was afraid to crack the window open for some fresh air because I was eye level to the parking lot. Tried the A/C to no avail. Asked for a late checkout ( ONLY because I had a function to go to later in the day) So they gave me till 11:30 instead of 11am At 11:10 bought some of my belongings out to the car and was locked out of my room even though I had verified the late checkout. Coffee pot leaked all over the chest & seeing I had no sleep I really needed it. The continental breakfast was slim pickings, cold cereal and a donut that looked like a “Little Debbie” Special. At least I got coffee

Everyone one was friendly and the property was well maintained breakfast room was keep clean and well organized bathrooms where well stocked and cleaned daily I would recommend it to friends and family
